This is a terrible company! This company is the reason consumers don't like insurance companies…read more I had a 2008 Chevrolet HHR. Unfortunately I was in an accident in April. I had used the title for my car as collateral at a small loan company, and they added single interest insurance. Before the accident my car ran extremely well. I've had car builders tell me that it was the quietest running HHR they had ever heard. I only used synthetic oil, and serviced it very often. To say the least, I loved my little car. My son, who is also very knowledgeable about autos, said that they would probably only pay $3,000.00, which is the exact figure that I had in mind! These cheap (can't say what I'd like to) people paid $960.00! This is why people hate insurance companies!
