I am so confused by all of the reviews; everyone I have ever communicated with at this organization…read morehas been extremely helpful, kind, polite, and extremely accommodating. My only guess is the poor reviews are from people who are expecting more from dental coverage than what dental coverage truly entails. Dental coverage is not the same type of coverage as medical; there is always much more out-of-pocket expense involved. Further, most insurance companies/billers have very precise pre-negotiated contracts and you should always read, in detail, your coverage before deciding on an insurance provider. My primary dental insurance is a PPO and I use Delta/Morgan White as a secondary HMO coverage to further reduce my out-of-pocket. It is well worth it to me but I also did extensive research (with the help of my amazing dental office) prior to making any decisions. I knew exactly what to expect. Sadly, companies get poor reviews when customers fail to educate themselves and have unrealistic expectations.

I spoke with Tricia (supervisor) and Rafael (subordinate) who are the only two people working in the direct sales dental department. They steered me to a web page but it only has a limited amount of plan details and a limited plan summary. These don't contain the exact terms of the policy. Tricia seems like a nice person, so I'm not sure why she isn't willing to help track down the full policy PDF and send it to me so I can make a fully informed decision on whether or not to spend nearly $800 per year on one of their policies. If someone from Morgan White Group happens to spot this review and can help me out, I will be more than happy to update or delete this review accordingly.

We had to do all of the leg work and make all the phone calls to claims, set up appointments for claims to go to the body shop. They aren't paying out because the guy that hit us, uses the same insurance and it puts them in a difficult situation. ALSO, my roof has a huge hole in it after the last big thunderstorm we had. A big hole in the roof and several shingles missing, but they will only pay for inside damage.... Really!!! Inside damage caused by a thunderstorm...
