I went in to get a full set with dip polish and polish change on toes. I needed old dip powder soaked off my Nails. The nail tech decided to use a nail tip to remove the old nail tips and attempted to remove the nail on my pinky nail, my nail begin bleeding and she tried to push it under the rug like I'm suppose to let her keep going with the process. I politely told her I don't want my finger nails done anymore, I'll just get my polish change on my toe nails. I went to pedicure seat a man asked me how I was doing and I say not so good my nail begin bleeding while this other tech was taking nail powder off and he then asked to see my hand and when I let him see my hand closer, he begin blowing his breath on my nail so as he laughed I told him it's best he doesn't do that because it's pissing me off. Another lady begin removing polish and cutting my toe nails down and I changed my mind to getting a pedicure. I asked if I could get one and with an attitude she said "it's too late" so then I said ok while being very disappointed in the negative vibes I was experiencing. So she continued to clip my toe nails and I called my husband to come pick me up because I was upset. Then the same lady offered to set up station for pedicure and I told her no. It was so unprofessional. I hope Tina get better nail techs who know how to communicate. This is why everybody prefer Tina to service them. read more

The good- the staff is very nice and friendly. They are personable. They offer water and Diet Coke. They are very patient and take their time. If you like to rush... go somewhere else. Relaxation is the focus. Lots of nail polish colors and brands. The bad- the SNS is not done properly. It's doesn't stay on here. May that's because they are not using all of the SNS products? They also put a shellac gel coat on as the top coat which is wrong. But I was told that customers complained it wasn't as shiny as shellac so they started doing it to please the "ignorants". It's not supposed to be shellac smh. Anyway... I to go back and get a repair because my SNS cracked after 24 hours. Then two days after that my left index fingernail had to be cut down and shaped by myself because it cracked and my nail did too. Two days after that my right hand's middle fingernail chipped and is missing some of my nail. This is ridiculous. Also their SNS is over priced. It's $40 here. I'm thinking because the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice it's worth it but it isn't. They must not get SNS on the regular BUT the regular polishes looked phenomenal. If I go back it will be to get my feet done or get normal polish but not SNS. read more

Wow!! What a gem of a nail salon. I've never been so impressed by a place. First off, it was super clean inside and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I got a full set with gel and the man who did my nails was SO gentle and a perfectionist. He took his time which I loved and always made sure I liked what he was doing. No music on but they did have Hgtv playing on mute in the corner and who doesn't love to watch Property Brothers?! My nails have never looked so good. Highly recommend this place. This is my regular spot..I visit them bi-weekly normally for nail care with the occasional pedicure thrown in there. I find the service to be inconsistent depending on who's station you're seated at. The owner does a great job every time I get her but she does keep busy and gets some off days...as she should. The last few months I've seen a few different faces with varying degrees of customer service. Some are very helpful and thorough and others who seem to just need you out the chair to be able to move on the the next paying customer. I went through 3 full sets within 2 months because of constantly breaking nails ( I wear them short). There are times when I will have a nail that is filed crooked or not polished entirely and sometimes the techs aren't all too pleased to be asked to correct the problem. Having said all that, there are positives. It is in a great location at the corner of Bluebonnet and Coursey, they have a great selection of OPI colors and offer beverages and is also a quiet relaxing environment. Finding decent nail shops with fast/friendly service and reasonable prices is hard. If I could get the owner every time, it'd be a 5 star rating but it doesn't work out like that all the time. read more

This place is close to home so I tend to go often. They always do an excellent job and take their time. I am never disappointed in how great my nails look. The downside is there is usually a wait and it takes a minimum of 1.5-2 + hours to get a regular mani pedi. So you have to make sure you have a lot of time set aside. This is the only reason I give them 3 stars! read more

Well... this was my third time going to this establishment. My first time was awesome I went with my brother; He and his significant other were regulars so the second time I went by myself I was looking for the young lady that serviced me the first time but she wasn't available so another lady serviced me I wasn't as satisfied as my initial visit but it wasn't bad to where i wouldn't return and plus the lady was nice. Now we come to my last and final visit I went in around 5ish they were a Little busy but not to packed I told them I wanted a pedicure and refill so I was told to have a sit in a pedicure chair which I did I spotted the young lady that rendered my services the fiRst time so I know I would wait until she finished her previous cLient to have her do me next so the lady that did my pedi the second came over and I politely told her I was going to wait on the other lady and she understood Now this is where the story go left!!!!! So another lady comes over im assuming the shop manager comes over and tries to take off my polish and I politely told her as well that I was going to wait on the other young lady so at that moment she gets offended as if I said something wrong she starts to speak in there language. Her and the lady I was waIting on switch pLace in the moment I'm still not realizing that she was mad I didnt want her to do my pedi so I ask the girl that was doing my toes a question but she didnt understand what I was asking her so she ask the lady that I assumed was the shop manager. Her response was oh I don't understand English at that moment I figured oh she's mad I didn't want her to do my toes I laughed to myself and said what a joke while shaking my head. So while I was getting my pedi shE continued to say stuff in there language and pass by rolling her eyes and the other ladies would look up at me and smile making it obvious that she was talking about me. At this point I was very uncomfortable and felt why am I spending my money with you if yOu are making feel this way and being very unprofessional so after the lady finish the pEdi I got up from the chair withOut polish are getting my hands done I paid the $30 for my toes then the lady who was doing my feet wants to apologize it was to late because the whole Time it was going on you sat and giggled and condone the unprofessionalism but now that you see I'm going to take my money and business else where you want to Intervene. Very disapointing experience. The guy doing my pedicure cut my toe and made me bleed and never apologized or even acknowledged it. The lady doing my mother's pedicure hurt her and she asked her to stop and the lady got very irritated with her and started fussing in Vietnamese. I felt very uncomfortable.
