Matt came over and measured everything out and gave us an estimate. Very fair! No need to negotiate. Everything was done in a very timely manner and Matt's team of guys did a great job cleaning up after themselves. During the demo of the back patio it was brought to our attention that there was a very large extended hole/cave, for lack of a better word, underneath our sunroom. Matt said no worries he could take care of it and fill it in with more concrete. Of course it changed the price but I felt very confident that if this happened with another company it would have really bumped up the price or I would have had to call another company, like one of those companies that lift the foundation and have them come in and fix it before work could be completed.
