Everyone who works in the office are all working together to get as many ppl to fail so only a select few can take NCLEX. They are praying on black students who are only trying to better themselves.

At PITC, students are often treated unfairly and disrespected. I was suspended without being given a clear reason, and other students knew about it before I was even officially told. That was unprofessional and hurtful. The testing system is very unfair. In one class, only one student passed the test, even though many of us studied hard and followed what was taught. The teacher even had to stop the test because what was on it wasn't what we were taught in class. Later, another class got a different test, which made students even more frustrated and confused about how the school handles exams and grading. It often feels like PITC cares more about money than education. Communication is poor, and students don't get the support or fairness they deserve. I enrolled my sons for a couple of weeks of summer camp and none of us want the experience to end. The boys are always greeted with warm smiles and happy faces. The classrooms are all stocked with everything they could need and then some. When I pick them up, they're sad to leave. They come home blissfully exhausted and proud of their accomplishments. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking to give their preschoolers a wholesome, exciting experience, with amazing people throughout.

I refused to provide what I consider too much personal information, therefore I paid full price. She didn't offer any refund or credit towards a future program, and refused to take my calls. I emailed numerous times to work out the disservice my daughter received with having 2 sessions and a paid trip canceled and was ignored. Very unprofessional. Renee has no integrity for what should be her passion. She doesn't care if she lets children down as long as she has been paid. If she simply communicated with me and apologized for the situation I would have been ok with it. Instead she ignored me. I believe she had the best intentions going into the program. The problem is that that the app doesn't read the handwriting well and some of the answers are marked incorrectly. This happens when you go in person too. Doesn't seem like they sit with the child much to help. Last time we went, I sat for 2.5 hrs while my child was in the back getting sent back to their desk repeatedly to fix mistakes. They were crying when we left. Came at 12:00 before lunch and left hungry and annoyed at 2:30. A lot of money for little value and no real tutoring.
