She actually had a fight (almost physical) with another seller to decide who I "belonged" to. I don't think it's solely a lack of training, I think it is also a clearly hostile management method. Are those sellers paid if they don't sell enough? Are they all competing for one single position? Benetton, if what you want is good sellers, just hire good sellers, or train them, but don't use the customers as pawns in your sick game.
