Went this morning with my husband to get his stitches removed from his ankle and to get it checked out and the doctor that saw him Dr. Sidney St. Amant was rude and just didn't care to hear anything my husband had to say. He act like he didn't believe a word he was telling him when he tried to explain that they did in fact put him out a whole week for the injury. He made the comment "well I would've sent you back to work the same day". He said this twice! Mind you my husband couldn't even walk around or put weight on his foot the day it happened and the couple days after. My husband tried to ask him a question work related and he cut him off and said " you can do whatever you want". How is this type of attitude professional? He didn't even ask my husband any questions all he did was take a stitch out and tell him that they weren't ready to be taken out and that he would've sent him the work the same day he got the stitches. Not once did he ask my husband if he was in pain still, could move it his foot around, or walk around on it. Unprofessional! Don't care! Rude! We will not be coming back here for anything and will find somewhere else to go that actually cares about the patient!

I've brought my son here in the past when I couldn't get him an appointment at his pediatrician…read more EVERY TIME we would go they would diagnose him with one thing and when we would go follow up with his pedi in a few days it was another, so I'm not sure if they were mis diagnosing him or not. Always, today my son came home from school crying of an ear ache and his cheek hurting. His pedi is closed and only opened until 12 tomorrow so I knew I couldn't get him in there. I check Urgent Cares hours online and it says open 9am-8pm. I set an appointment online for 6:30pm. I get the confirmation and everything. Show up at Urgent Care at 6pm to find a sign on the door saying they closed at 4pm today. Why are they still accepting appointments for today online? Also, when you call their number it doesn't even say they're closed. It says they are currently with a patient and to leave a message and they will get back to you. I have heard from numerous people recently that they're hours are never consistent anymore, they're closed when they're supposed to be open and will randomly open at random hours through out the day. I'm not sure if they are under new management or about to close down or what since they have a new urgent care near them and another about to open, but they need to get it together. This place wasn't always bad, that is the reason I am giving them 2 stars but I highly suggest going to another Urgent Care before this one because you never know when they are opened or closed anymore.
