It has all the infrastructure that all major gyms in São Paulo have, but I would say that the best features are that it is not as busy as most of them and they have fair prices for what they offer. There is a swimming pool (25m - short course) with ozone water treatment and regular maintenance with an exclusive changing room for the ones having swimming classes. And in case you feel hungry, there is a cafeteria where you can have quick (but not very healthy) bites.

With a great range of classes, awesome professors and a lot of modern equipment, this gym is a great choice for people in the region...yes going to gym sucks but Bio Ritmo makes it less sucky. The attention received from the staff ad the professors is great, the motivation is regular and I would recommend joining this place. They have a decent cafe indoors, reduced rate parkings and the only thing missing is a pool

English: I've been coming to this gym 3-4 times a week for…read moreabout a month now and I'm enjoying it a lot. It's in a good location where I feel secure enough to walk to the gym during the day. The people at the front desk are always very friendly and the trainers and teachers are all great too. The facility stays really clean and equipment rarely breaks. I also like that all of the machines are clearly labeled so I don't ever have to memorize any names or spend too much time looking around. I'm loving the Zumba classes and the Muay Thai classes I attended. Now for the things I didn't like. There are no yoga classes except acroyoga. I would love to practice vinyasa, ashtanga, yin yoga, hatha, any type of individual yoga practice. Every time I work out in the weight room, I like to stretch at the end of my workout by doing yoga. The upstairs room where the classes are stays mostly empty during the day and I was told I'm not allowed there because it's unsafe for me to be there alone. That's fine. So I practice yoga in the tiny little space in front of the mirror in one corner of the weight room. The space is so small it literally only fits me, which means when I'm using the mats and the mirror, no one else can use the mats and the mirror. That sucks for other people because I do like 20-35 minutes of yoga at a time. It also sucks for me because then I have to feel weird about being there and taking up that space if someone else wants to use it. My training program for the weight room consists of two separate workouts, A and B. I enjoy them both, but I'm bored of them, and the trainer told me I only get new workouts when I do the ones I have 36 different times. 36 times is a lot of times and I'm getting sick of it and I've been changing things here and there on my own because I'm bored of coming to the gym and doing the same things.
