This review is strictly for their summer camps offered during the summer…read more I signed my 10 year old son up for their 1 week summer program. It was a Youtube creative content class. The process of signing up was pretty simple. It had been over 20 years since I've stepped foot inside the building. It's since been built up. There is security at the front desk and I was asked to sign in before I brought him to class. I was very impressed at the ease of everything from sign up, to drop off, and especially the teacher they had to conduct the class. My son can't wait to attend another class here!

We laid our picnic blanket right in front of the stage and thoroughly enjoyed the entire evening of great and spirited acting coupled with entertaining narration and live music accompaniment. There was a good crowd. Will definitely do this again, next time will remember to bring portable fan - but even when we didn't, the weather was tepidly bearable with slight breeze.

Be aware!! This environment is not suited to all children or to all families. We could live with…read morethe cloth napkins required for lunch but there are many aspects we feel are vital to development that are missing. There are no activities to foster imaginative play or free exploration. There is no housekeeping corner, no dress up center, no sand table, no water table, no block center. The structure of the program is to the extreme. Children have choice in their activities; however, the activities are extremely regimented and structured. You may use an activity but only following the highly specific instructions. For example, you may use blocks but only to sort by size. You may not build a tower or wall. Communication is a serious problem. On a day to day basis, you will have no idea what your child is working or what skills they are mastering. There are no written notes sent home at the end of the week describing the books they read, or the songs they sing, or how your child's day is going. Unless you initiate communication, there is none. Children here develop skills and are high achieving. However, at what cost. OBSERVE and decide for yourself. BE CONCERNED

PDA is located in the same center as Untamed Chef, Studly Brewing, Pale Horse (OG location) and Kapers Eatery. I frequent this center often and hadn't noticed PDA before, but birthday host told me that it had opened over the summer. The party was well organized with a balloon arch and dance themed decorations (of which I learned they provide). The party table was set up in the front and the kids had free play in the gym/studio that is located in the back. They did a craft and also played games. About halfway, they blew up a bounce house in the gym and more fun was had. It's owned by a sweet family, managed and instructions led by a mom and daughter duo. I believe the mom has experience in cheer and all of the kids in the family was involved in the activities they instruct at the studio in one form or another. They seem to have a packed schedule every weeknight (attached a picture of the schedule) and the prices are very competitive to some of the other studios I have researched! They also have a retail section of gymnastics/dance apparel, so it's a one stop shop! Go out and support this family owned business and enjoy!
