So now I have 2 vents that are crooked and in one vent chunk of wood in corner missing.Had trouble with the air conditioner right from the start. They had to call in man from the factory after months of complaining that they sold me a lemon. The man came in and knew what the problem was immediately. It needed 2 things they didn't install.
