Well, never have I ever been so disrespected by a tattoo artist in my life. Needless to say I have over 15 tattoos and almost everyone is by a different person, so I've had my share of experiences and knowledge of how a professional business is supposed to be. Drew Blanda is one of the cockiest, ignorant, and unprofessional artist I've ever worked with. Not only did he screw my whole tattoo up, he bailed on appointments time after time with no refund for my deposit. When I had something to say after 4 times being bailed on by this guy he blamed the whole thing ON ME and told me I was beat and than completely switched his state of mind and told me to come in to finish it. The disbelief in my face was inevitable. This is not the first time I've heard of Drew Blanda being unprofessional and I would hate for anyone else to get as screwed over as I did by this so called artist. Well once they have your money for a gift card they treat you like shit. No time for someone that paid already. I stopped in...was told an artist would call...checked back in 3 weeks on FB messenger and was told they are too busy to call people back. I'll be making several complaints. Anyone wanna buy a 150 gift card? Then they don't even give you a name of who you are messaging with. I asked for the owner. I'm sure the health department will know who it is. read more

i got canceled on twice in a row by an artist that used to work here named Dan after waiting more than 3 months for each cancellation. The reasoning was that he had higher profile clients last minute. I asked for my deposit back after the 2nd cancellation which i thought was super unprofessional and he said the shop owner wouldnt do it. Basically paid 80 bucks to get canceled on twice ina row by the artist so he could tattoo someone else, super unprofessional read more

My Aunt and I got our nose pierced here and I have already had to take mine out because the piercer pierced mine at angle so the piercing isn't even fitting against my nose but sticks out so a bottom part makes a "V" with my nose and sticks out like the rock in lion king. When I asked her about it she told me to "move the piercing around a bit" she didn't even seem to care that I was concerned. I called and emailed a picture to a different piercing place and they told me I would need to remove the piercing, let it heal and have to get it repierced. So now $70 later my aunt and I will need to spend more money on something different. DO NOT get a piercing here, or if you do, proceed with caution. Bad piercing, no refunds, and horrible service. Members of my family got tattoos as well, they were good tattoos which is what really matters but again the service was terrible. No one was friendly towards us and seemed incredibly indifferent. read more

I've never had such horrible customer service in my life! To be quoted the wrong price over a phone call and then be treated disrespectfully, as if I made up the price! The piercer wasn't willing to negotiate at all and belittled us in the process! As paying customers we should have never received such arrogance from the person we are willing to pay. He argued with us and then turned around and walked away as we continued to speak to him, because of his way of being unable to handle a misunderstanding and not even bother to compromise with potential customers I rate this place One Star- I would never return here and I would never put my trust and money into these People. As we left the "piercer" said " I don't need your 30 dollars anyways." But as the bigger person we didn't give him the pleasure and ignored him as we left the store. read more

I walked in and the guy at the front was talking about how fat a customer was who had been tatted I left immediately I felt uncomfortable I ain't fat but the fact the he was talking about a customer period made me upset don't no go here read more

I went there to get pierced, and was told that the piercer had "just left to go to the store" and "will be back in a minute." As you can expect, she took 30+ minutes to return and another 10 minutes to even acknowledge that I was sitting on the couch waiting for her. She called me back and asked what I wanted to get pierced, and after I told her, she started digging through a small drawer of jewelry (with no gloves on) finding the proper one. She told me to lay down and then she just went for it. She didn't mark the spot she was going to pierce, didn't show me what jewelry she was using, didn't tell me what to expect during the process- all things I EXPECT from a professional piercer. Luckily, I've gotten pierced several times so I kind of knew what was happening anyway. After she finally got the jewelry in, she practically ran to the register to ring me up without showing me what the piercing looked like. Overall, I had a really poor experience and will not be returning. Don't go here to get pierced. read more

Worst experience I have ever had with a tattoo shop! My friend was quoted $30 each for two piercings over the phone, but it was a completely different story once we got there. The piercer told us that the price was completely wrong and that he would not honor the price we were quoted. Even the woman he was tattooing told him she heard the guy quote us that price and he still wouldn't budge. He berated us and was extremely rude. They appear to get really good reviews, but how we were treated was extremely unprofessional. I was going in for my tattoo but the way she was treated was enough to leave and go else where. If it was possible to give no stars, I would... Just walked out of the shop completely livid... The employees are extremely rude & the shop is small & looks unkempt. They have a man walking around, who appears drunk, pulling up his shirt & showing his piercings... The "piercer"/tattoo artist was extremely rude when I said that I had called & was given the price of $30 for each of the piercings I wanted to do (tongue & nose) he became irate & said I'm not doing it for that amount, you must have heard wrong & then proceeded to tell me "I've been piercing for longer than you have been alive & will not lose money on you" when the response to him was but you don't have to be rude & it's about customer service, if that's the price I was told it should be honored & he said "I don't need your $30" which was the point where my friends and I walked out... He lost 3 customers & over $160 in the process, so maybe he should learn how to do math since he's "been alive longer than I have" read more
