See pictures, that's the bed after it was supposed to be made. I believe the hotel management do have all the necessary information to figure out who needs to be retrained on their job duties. Room: spacious, but...the air conditioning was super loud, even after we lowered it to the lowest level, it is still loud. Had to turn it off at times to get some rest . Body wash run out after 1 day staying, and I guess the hotel probably run out of the wall mount bottles so they gave us 2 small travel size bottles . No body lotion, had to ask for it. Next morning I pulled out the curtain and found about 3 inches of snow in the room. The door didn't seal. I reported it on my way out that morning, and they send someone up to clean it, but didn't address the problem of the unsealed door. When I got home that afternoon my room was 64 degrees, and wouldn't get any warmer. I asked for maintenence to check my furnace, and he said that I had two outside walls, and the problem with the door, and I needed to move. Why didn't that happen with me freezing all afternoon when I reported the problem early that morning. In all the times I've stayed here, they never mentioned the Platium Lounge on the top floor. I stumbled on it. Again, that would have been nice to know since I've been a Platium member forever. And I paid top dollar for my breakfast the morning of the storm, and they were out of hash browns so subsituted and forgot my toast. I wasn't even offered a discount after all the issues. Still...it's the best Dayton has to offer in my opinion.
