On 7/23/21, our next door neighbor contracted this company to remove a tree in his front yard. Before I left for work, a person (the owner of the company) asked me to move wife's vehicle from my driveway as a safety measure. I stated that I would let her know. A few hours later, my wife contacted me and was furious. They had yelled at her to move her car and then parked their tree removal equipment in our driveway without permission. There were large branches laying on the driveway wall, covering the few plants we had along that strip. They were also screaming and using profanity outside my daughter's window and driving their vehicle(s) very fast down the street. I called the phone number and reached the owner. I expressed frustration that they had parked their equipment in our driveway without permission and reported my wife's accusations. He became belligerant, actually yelling and stating that he doesn't work for me and hung up. We have never been treated so rudely. This is truly an unprofessonal service. read more
