Go elsewhere. This agency tells you that you are covered and there is no cost to you so now you can come in more frequently. So you come in more frequently based on information given to you by your therapist, a clinician you would expect to trust. I would not have come in more frequently had I not trusted the information given by the therapist. At one point, work commitments would no longer accommodate weekly appointments so we agreed that I would call in when I was able to continue services. My requests to schedule another appointment with the therapist were ignored even though a callback was promised so I went elsewhere. Then five months after services with this agency ended, they charged for copays that they say should have been collected all along. Be very cautious about believing any information they give you and protect yourself by getting it in writing.
