Before beginning the session, she explained the benefits of Reiki to me and helped me feel really relaxed and comfortable about the whole process and what to expect. During the session, I could feel energy shifts taking place in my body and sensed things releasing and letting go throughout the session as my body became more relaxed. After the session, Rie explained what she sensed and felt as she was working on different areas of my body, which happened to be very accurate. She said she sensed a need to focus extra energy on my stomach/abdomen/intestinal area, and digestive issues have been one of my biggest concerns. I felt lighter and happier afterward and I also felt, and looked, less stressed. Later that evening, I noticed an improvement in my overall digestion. It seemed like my food digested much more easily and my stomach felt happier after eating. After the session, Rie offered me an oracle card reading that provided beautiful insight to a situation in my life I had been questioning.
