Wow! My husband and I have never had conchas this delicious. Conchas will never be the same. Our first time there we only bought two conchas and started to eat one while pulling out of the parking lot. After our first bite we looked at each other and knew we had to turn back for more. We bought 3 more lol. This is going to be our only go to bakery from here on out. And yes, the conchas were warm in the bag which made them that much more oh so delicious! read more

Had a horrible experience, I am not one to leave bad reviews often but I ordered a particular RED character cake and was given a BLUE cake with just yellow letting. Not at all what I ordered and was told repeatedly that it must've been my error when it was specifically on the order form. No sympathy and wasn't even offered another cake to make up for their error. In conclusion, I was left without a cake on the day of my child's birthday and beyond disappointed. read more

Don't go unless you want to have a headache. This place is poorly run. I pre-ordered, pre-paid and pre-scheduled a pickup time. When I arrived on time they didn't have my order and said I'd have to wait an hour. Second time trying and will not return. Horrible experience. I'd rather find a more reliable place with better customer service and actual management skills. This is no way to run a business. I blame the owners and anyone in management. Do better. The only positive was the kind apologetic cashier. read more

This place has very bad service. Staff is very rude. They always have attitude. Every time I go the staff looks like they are bothered.

Pan dulce the way it should be. Small business with very friendly staff, I've recommended them multiple occasions to friends and family who're looking for a panadería. 10/10 read more

Great Mexican bakery! We love the tortillas also. The service is very quick and friendly.

Love love love their conchas. Always fresh. And their tortas are pretty good too. Everyone who works there is really nice read more

The pastries were tasty and the burritos were flavorful. For the price you pay this bakery is unmatched.

now this place is a needle in a haystack that needs a whole lot of recognition, they always have fresh Mexican sweet bread ( pan dulce ) fresh tortillas and awesomely fresh and delicious authentic Mexican food, the barbacoa is the best in Dallas, I recommend you try this place out and get a taste of Mexico as food should be.... read more

Went in there, came right out. There was literally 3 or 4 pieces of bread sitting in the display. Parking isn't the best either, and I found it a bit dark in there. Wasn't feeling the vibe from the customer service either, I asked a question and they answered by pointing. I was clueless lol 2 stars because I don't want to be mean since I didn't get to try anything. read more

Conchas were awesome, highly recommend trying this place out, if only for them alone. Wish their ice cream station had been working when I stopped there. One star deducted for teasing me with ice cream that wasn't available. =( read more

Weekends are tough! Out of tamales for the third time. They try to sell me half a dozen! I asked for two dozen! They stated they had some and one of the girls was rude and yelled we don't have any. When I said no to the half dozen, they said we have some..I just said no thats ok cause the girl was just plain rude. read more

Quick munchies fodder, from perfectly baked pastries and above average birthday cake to amazing tamales and blue bell ice cream. This is not a restaurant, and there's no drive thru, though if they would add the latter, this small mom & pop business (or should I say, grandma & grandpa? lol badumtss) is a solid must if you're anywhere near the area, hungry for a taste of authentic Mexican snacks or "antojitos". read more

Fuego! Conchas are too good. It's always soft and fluffy. I've never had a bad concha. The place on Elam is much better than the other store. But conchas are super fuego. read more

Got some sweet breads along with a dozen chicken tamales with their green salsa. The Tamales are delish and not full of masa which I love. The salsa is pretty spicy but being Mexican that's how we roll. Will be back for their pork tamales and weekend barbacoa. Didn't give them a five due to the availability of variety. read more

Mom loves it here. Try not to come that often lol since it's against comes big co consequences afterwords lol!

best pan dulce in dallas!! so good when freshly baked and warm!! please do yourself a favor and go try them! The best ones are the "Conchas" which basically means conch shell since the lattice on top resembles that! Make sure to get both chocolate and vanilla! Best when warm and dipped in cold milk!!! read more

Really bad customer service i asked for some sample for a a cake and they only gaved me ones i really didnt want but they promise to come back on saturday but the lady said they dont do samples and walked always asked if the cake i order was ready and walked away again never again read more

Great place to get Mexican bread. Good prices. Good food. Good staff. But tge lines are huge and never-ending. The breads run out fast too. Not a great place if you are in a rush read more

They never have anything you want no matter what time you go. They claim to be always be sold out or that they are baking them now. I've gone at 9 in the morning and they had very little baked and told me to return about 3 in the afternoon and that it would all be restocked. As if I want donuts or anything else that late in the afternoon. read more

The bread is always fresh. They might be out of some but I prefer it fresh. The only thing I don't understand is why would they close on Sunday!!!! That's when you want it the most. Really they need to close on Monday. read more
