Had a horrible experience, I am not one to leave bad reviews often but I ordered a particular RED character cake and was given a BLUE cake with just yellow letting. Not at all what I ordered and was told repeatedly that it must've been my error when it was specifically on the order form. Don't go unless you want to have a headache. This place is poorly run. I pre-ordered, pre-paid and pre-scheduled a pickup time. When I arrived on time they didn't have my order and said I'd have to wait an hour. Second time trying and will not return. Horrible experience. I'd rather find a more reliable place with better customer service and actual management skills. This is no way to run a business. I blame the owners and anyone in management. Do better. Wow! My husband and I have never had conchas this delicious. Conchas will never be the same. Our first time there we only bought two conchas and started to eat one while pulling out of the parking lot. After our first bite we looked at each other and knew we had to turn back for more. We bought 3 more lol. This is going to be our only go to bakery from here on out. And yes, the conchas were warm in the bag which made them that much more oh so delicious! read more

Went in there, came right out. There was literally 3 or 4 pieces of bread sitting in the display. Parking isn't the best either, and I found it a bit dark in there. Wasn't feeling the vibe from the customer service either, I asked a question and they answered by pointing. Weekends are tough! Out of tamales for the third time. They try to sell me half a dozen! I asked for two dozen! They stated they had some and one of the girls was rude and yelled we don't have any. Got some sweet breads along with a dozen chicken tamales with their green salsa. The Tamales are delish and not full of masa which I love. The salsa is pretty spicy but being Mexican that's how we roll. Will be back for their pork tamales and weekend barbacoa. Didn't give them a five due to the availability of variety. read more

The best ones are the "Conchas" which basically means conch shell since the lattice on top resembles that! Make sure to get both chocolate and vanilla! They never have anything you want no matter what time you go. They claim to be always be sold out or that they are baking them now. I've gone at 9 in the morning and they had very little baked and told me to return about 3 in the afternoon and that it would all be restocked. As if I want donuts or anything else that late in the afternoon. read more

The bread is always fresh. They might be out of some but I prefer it fresh. The only thing I don't understand is why would they close on Sunday!!!! That's when you want it the most. Really they need to close on Monday. read more
