Fast forward months later & the only tests that have been done i've had to ask for, then when completed they ignore things like high ALT levels & EKG results saying probably left atrial enlargement, saying theyre "not concerned" I highly recommend going elsewhere if you want someone to be concerned with your health or test results that come back whacky. They will blatantly ignore your levels being high & act petty when you advocate for yourself. I do not recommend Dr Palcheff or anyone in this office. I was told he was new & he mentioned his studies being not too long ago but the way i was treated & lack of professionalism/communication on an ongoing health concern is shocking & he should not be taking patients in if he cannot help diagnose an illness or ignores test results. When you ask for test results to be explained, they give you the medical terminology, uncomprehend able to the public that didn't go to medical school instead of explaining things to you.

He told me that he would not speak to me about them. I needed to make another appointment. The initial appointment was just getting history and meeting me. There wasn't a new appointment for over 2 months. I've had to deal with these issues since. My pharmacy tried reaching out to them a couple of times by faxing over some new prescriptions that needed to be filled, and they were met back with his office stating that he opted out of being contacted by them. I called their office and spoke with front staff,Jessica. She was extremely rude and very impatient. Jessica kept pressing the issue, trying to find out more. Today's appointment, I was a little bit late because I live further away now. It was an unexpected move. But the amount of time I had to wait to get in, I was just going to keep him. As soon as he walked in, he very rudely let me know that the appointment was going to have to be cut short. I let him know the couple of issues that I was needing to speak about, so we went through them. At the end of the conversation, his demeanor and attitude completely changed. He became very assertive and aggressive, telling me that he did not appreciate how my interactions were going with his staff. Mind you, they absolutely were disregarding everything I was asking about the pharmacy not being able to reach them and coming to their own conclusions, etc. I don't have enough room to write out everything that happened. But it was absolutely unacceptable the way they were treating ME. Trust me when I say this. But instead of being a professional, he already had his mind made up and did not want to hear my side of the story. He did not come to me kindly trying to talk about this, so it automatically had me on the defensive. Absolutely unacceptable to have to feel like that in a doctor's office. Doctors are supposed to be there to care for you, not make you feel intimidated in an enclosed room, especially having to open up for the first time about things that you were trying to get provided care for. This office absolutely does not like you if you challenge anything that they have to say. I have never been in my many years of life in a room with a male doctor that I cannot wait to get out of that room with. His whole composure changed, and that was scary. Then he proceeded to say lies on my after-visit summary as well. Which obviously can make other doctors think that I'm a problem. Do not go to this office. Please do your homework on them. I have heard many people leaving this office because of the same kind of issues. I actually saw on a Facebook group after doing some research after leaving their office that this is not the first time these kinds of things have happened. Plus, read the reviews. And I will close with this: as we were walking out of the room, I had asked Dr. Cobb if he was still going to be taking care of the issues that we had talked about today. He looked at me and bluntly said, "Yes, I'm obligated to." Does that make you feel like you want to go to this doctor? Offices like this get away with things because people do not turn them in. If you have a bad experience with them, please turn them in. Go above the office manager. It has 2.5 stars for a reason. I have a disabled child, which makes it hard for me to take care of myself. All he has had to do the past couple of months is fill my medication. Then he recently sent me a message telling me that if I wanted my medication refilled, I would need to get a new doctor. Obviously, I want one, but I have explained to him multiple times as soon as I have time that I would find one. Worst doctor I have ever had. Very aggressive.
