I've never dove into guided meditations before so I was a bit skeptical at first about the potential results of it. However, Ryan really knows how to get into the root cause of the challenge I am facing at the moment and free me from it like magic! I've also experienced her services in groups. I was a bit skeptical again and afraid to get too personal in front of a group, but, in reality, that's where the magic sky rocketed. The transformation that happens in a group setting is multiplied.
