Called and set up a ride to move my mom from one memory care to another. Ben showed up early, and he kindly took my mom into the van in her wheelchair. She did not complain (this is a first) and she stayed awake for the trip. Ben kept a great conversation with me, and he seemed quite interested in things I had to say - asking questions and giving some good comments. We will definitely go with Absolute again if we need a wheelchair assisted transport for my mom. Ben's kindness and truly good personality made the trip even better. read more

Your transport company provided transport for my aunt via gurney for an appointment. There were unexpected scans that were ordered by the provider. It was very important to me to have these scans done for my aunt as we were on site and were able to get them done today. I wanted to thank you for being flexible and apologize for any delays that we may have caused. I appreciated the patience of the two transporters that were with us today as they were very gentle with my aunt. read more

Absolute Senior Solutions - Look for Francisco or Isley - Medical Transportation Near Me - San Jose, California

In keeping with my sparse LI reviews, only written for truly excellent services, I'm posting one for Absolute Senior Solutions. They have been a life saver helping us navigate my parents' decline. Absolute was on a list of placement services given to us during my dad's stay at El Camino Hospital (ECH). Our ECH social worker circled Mike Sousou's name out of all the services on the list and said he's great to work with and clients love him. I didn't even try other services, just went with it and have had a great experience Absolute does it all. They prepare and deliver an in home care plan if you're going that route. They'll help with placement into an appropriate assisted living facility if that is preferred / needed (they receive a commission from the facility in this case). Mike is professional and available and knows the entire system: the contacts, the challenges, and the emotions of the journey on all sides. It was a huge relief working with an expert in the space. They helped everything go smoothly. My only critique, I love acronyms, and well.. it doesn't work so well in this case! ;oP read more

I am a retired law enforcement agent and following my recent surgery I have been placed in a rehabilitation facility. I've required med transportation 3 X weekly for therapy sessions. I can't speak highly enough about the services I've received from Absolute. Their transport staff is so courteous, professional and very importantly always on schedule! It's my opinion that I can't imagine that any other similar transport provider can provide such quality services! read more

As a recent patient at a nearby rehab facility, they were my medical transport service. I've gotten to know the guys and vice versa. They've taken good care of me through every transport ride. I highly recommend their service. read more

Great transportation for my facility. They're always on time and patient with the residents !

My wife dislocated her knee and needed special care at Stanford over the course of several visits. They were there every step of the way, providing transport even at 4:45am for surgery. After surgery I needed to reschedule a pick up time several times. They accommodated me. I was absolutely stressed out but they were there to get the job done. This is the way every business should operate. read more

Arrived on time; clean vehicle, compassionate personnel, job well done. Will call on them in the future when the need arrives. Very happy.

I work in healthcare and we use Absolute for many of our Senior transports. However, I recently had the occasion to use their services for my father in order to get him to a doctor appointment. Andrew and his crew were incredible! They were prompt, conscientious, and engaged my dad with light conversation. He really enjoyed his trip. Most of all, I didn't have to worry about him arriving safely. read more

The last six months of caring for an elderly parent after a fall has been very challenging, trying to navigate the healthcare offerings, finding quality caregivers, etc. One aspect of the experience that has NOT been stressful is working with Andrew at Absolute Transportation to secure wheelchair transport for appointments for my father. Andrew is reassuring, responsive and a clear communicator. Their drivers have been on time, helpful, and gentle and safe in transporting my father. I highly recommend not stressing about which transportation company to use and calling Absolute Transport. read more

Absolute Senior Solutions has been caring for my mother 24/7 since July 2018. I have never considered another agency since their quality of services is top notch, and their prices are fairly competitive for the Bay Area. This 24/7 care is costly no matter how you rationalize it, but sometimes it is the right thing to do for "old mom", who has been a wonderful mother to me and my siblings. Our two caregivers, 5-day and 2-day, really care about my mom as a friend, and are considered an extension of our family. Perhaps we just got lucky with these two caregivers, as they have been with us all these years. I would wholeheartedly recommend this compamy. David F. West San Jose read more

Simply the best! Absolute Senior Solutions transported me home from a recent stay in a rehab center, and I could not have been more pleased with the professionalism and great service by the wonderful EMTs Sheena and Miguel, and Karisa who called the following day. I highly recommend this great company and hope you will contact them whenever you need transport! I left a 20% tip if that tells you anything about how great an experience I had. read more

Absolute transportation ranks number one with us. First time users. Very pleased to see the professional attention and flexibility in scheduling. My husband must now use a wheelchair van to attend medical appointments. We were very grateful for Miguel, Erwin, and Sheena for transporting him to and from the hospital. Thanks Andrew for the great communication and helping coordinate the rides, and drivers. We will use your service again. read more

We have been using Absolute Senior Solutions to get my mom to dialysis and home three times a week and they have been exceptional! They are always on time/early! The drivers are so kind and caring and know just how to handle her and her wheelchair! They let me ride along so I don't have to have a separate car-which makes it so much easier! Dialysis has been difficult to get used to but I know I can always count on Andrew and his team! Thank you for the outstanding service-we couldn't do it without you all! read more

These people are really awesome. My driver, I believe his name is Mike, was unbelievably professional and kind. My appointment at Stanford ran exceptionally late, with a person at Stanford calling this company, expressing I would be ready soon (unbeknownst to me), but I had not seen the doctor yet. Despite all the hubbub, this company remained kind and professional and was quick in the response when I was finally able to actually be picked up and delivered back to the hospital I was at. I would highly recommend this company is there truly a great company. read more

Andrew and his crew are absolutely the best people to work with. I am trying to micro manage my brother who is in a skilled nursing facility in San Jose and I live outside of Sacramento. Andrew makes this process for me so easy and I can always count on him. In fact, the facility at 6:30pm, told my brother that they could not arrange transportation for him. Of course he waited till 7:30pm. to tell me and I called Andrew at 8:00pm. and his response was let me call you in the morning and I will see what I can do. Guess what a 8:15am, the next morning he called and asked me where he was going and at what time, and then said again, I will call you right back, "let me see what I can do". He did just that, and at 10:15, my brother was picked up for his very important Dr. appointment at 11:00. Andrew, this company and his drivers are so important in helping people and they never ever disappoint. Can't recommend them enough. read more

We needed transportation for a wheelchair bound quadriplegic family member on a ventilator. We were concerned about what we could do if he got delayed at doctor appointments. We also needed transportation on Christmas. We also wanted to have the caregiver AND a family member sometimes accompany him. This company could do everything we wanted at a very reasonable price! And our driver, Yolanda, was INCREDIBLY helpful getting him to and from his appointments at a big and confusing Kaiser location. We highly recommend this family-run business. Many thanks to Nick, Andrew and Yolanda for all their help and support! read more

Our thanks to Andrew and the driver for putting up with the nursing home's lack of communication and/or miscommunication & for bringing my husband home safely. We used Absolute Transportation when my husband was released from a Santa Clara CA nursing home to our home. The staff that transported him were patient with him being that he was bedridden & needed a gurney. I was impressed to say the least with their experience in safely bringing him home, into the house and transferring him into a hospital bed. I would definitely hire them again if needed in the future. They are definitely the best! read more

Absolute Senior Solutions has been the greatest support in helping my mother get through the most difficult time of her life. Diagnosed with Alzheimer's, my mother was in need of assistance in her daily life. Needing companionship, assistance with walks, bathing, cooking, and other basic needs. As her son, this allowed me to go to work each day with peace of mind knowing that she's getting the care needed. Recommended by our hospital, Absolute Senior Care helped support our family for nearly two years. I highly recommend their services. read more
