The team didnt even show up for over 8 hours after i shoveled my own walk way . On top of having to shovel my car. This HOA is the worst. I keep getting raised fees and you are barely a scam. You do not maintain the grounds at all. Bare minimum your hired folks provide. I have sent multiple emails and complaints over hours of maintaining outside , just so I dont bring the mess inside. I have no choice because your hired folks are incompetent, lacking care and simply putting in 25% of my husband and I. STOP RAISING our fees. It has changed 5 times since I moved here in 2019. I contracted a mortgage at 179$. Monthly. It raised 189, 199.. 220.. now the better part of 230. The excuse is keep.gett I ng from the office is it was for roofs.. I NEVER GOT A NEW ROOF. IM PAYING SIGNIFICANTLY MORE THAN MY UPSTAIRS NEIGHBOR. WE SHARE THE GROUNDS. PINNICAL IS THE WORST PLACE EVER TO HAVE A HOA THRU. PLEAS FIND BETTER PEOPLE TO MAINTAIN THE GROUNDS. No matter the issue or question I had, they would respond almost immediately, and work with me, even on a Sunday evening. The apartment I rented was finished the day before I moved in, so there was no issues on the cleanliness or state of the apartment. Sergio and Corinn were in touch with me throughout the move-in and I appreciated that immensely. They also kept in touch throughout the year to check in and keep us updated for the weather conditions and such. They truly put together a clean and welcoming apartment and it was clear to me they truly wanted to make those of us who rented from them welcome. I had to scrub the walls in his bedroom to remove a brown liquid that had dripped down the wall and had hardened. The kitchen was sticky...I was glad that I was not living there. Vines were growing into the A/C unit. The landscaping was overgrown. Garbage and broken furniture had been left in the back yard, in the basement, and in the living room. When removal and service were requested, the requests were ignored. My son cleaned up the yard a little until he got Poison Ivy! After my son moved out, Young Realty charged exorbitant fines for garbage removal and $650 for a deep cleaning! Thats ridiculous!! My son left repeated messages at the realty office, most of which went unanswered. I wish that I could give them a negative rating!!

I couldn't move in until after 2 weeks because I didn't have running water and the AC unit didn't work. On top of that I went without hot water until November 2024 and was told that I still had to pay rent and that the astronomical utility bills that were caused by the underground leak and broken water heater was my responsibility. Although they ended up crediting me for a couple months of rent, I shelled out almost $4k in utility bills for barely 2 months of service. Despite the multiple conversations that I've had with the electric company and them telling me the home is surging electricity and me complaining about my power going out multiple times a week since August 2024, they won't inspect the wiring. So I'm stuck dealing with an electric bill consistently over $1k a month for a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom townhouse that's barely 1,100 square feet. No accommodations were offered to me and my children. We had to shower in cold water while it was cold outside. Made to boil water to wash dishes. I decided to rent this house partly because of fenced in yard, which they decided not to repair the fence when a tree limb fell on part of the fence, but instead tear it down leaving the deck and the outside storage closet exposed to whomever wants to go behind the property and onto the deck. I'm a single mother with a daughter and son. It's been a complete mess and I can't wait until my lease ends! There's so much more but I'm tired of this company.

We were not made clearly aware that this was supposed to be a self-guided tour -- and it didn't matter anyway, because the lockbox codes they sent us DID NOT WORK. Every attempt to get help was met with automated responses. When a real person finally stepped in, there was zero urgency. No one offered to come open the door. No one acknowledged that we had traveled hours to be there. We were essentially left on read while standing outside a property we couldn't enter. The response we eventually received amounted to: "Sorry, we're working on it." That's it. Here's what concerns me most: if this is how they handle prospective tenants, imagine how they handle the properties they manage. If I were a homeowner and this company was representing my home, I would consider that a serious breach of fiduciary responsibility. They are not acting in the owner's best interest by making showings inaccessible and unmanageable. This felt like a scam at worst and gross negligence at best. Avoid.

    A huge regret of mine is hiring Rob. When I initially called him asking to subdivide my property he…read morewas confident and said he can handle the job with no problems. 8 excruciating months of working with him later he could not have been more wrong. When we were finally able to schedule a meeting with the township board the first time, Rob was sorely unprepared. He had zero definitive proof of the basis of his argument (for us to convince the board). A PRUDENT lawyer would back up his claims with facts and proofs but he had none. It was an embarrassment to watch first hand and then I knew I had made a mistake and was tricked by his initial false confidence. The board asked some other trivial questions a prudent lawyer could answer but Rob had nothing. He used the excuse of not being able to "foresee" what the board would ask but they were asking basic questions. It was like it was his first time in front of the board. He had no problem charging us more and more for his mistakes when it could have been a yes from the board the first meeting. At the second meeting when Rob was finally prepared the board ended up saying no. We had one shot and the legal help we hired blew it. Instead of taking blame, Rob blamed us for not doing initial research, not putting in the contract a contingency for a subdivision. No seller would have ever accepted that offer. We had a really good chance the first time but since Rob and our planner were not prepared for the questions it costed us 8 months and tens of thousands of dollars. What further confirmed my belief that Rob is terrible in this field is when I spoke to the townships zoning officer. She has had meetings with many, many lawyers and had many subdivision cases and she even said Rob was horrible. My biggest mistake was not going to her originally and getting a recommendation from her. Learn from my story and don't make the same mistake I have made.

He is out to churn a fee, and even when the case is a clear loser, he will convince the client, to "fight" to the end and hope the other side gives up. Last minute postponements, and unkept promises is what I experienced with this human excrement.
