Next, they stripped, cleaned, and resealed my paver driveway. I would like to add some context to my driveway project. A few months back, I had my driveway cleaned and sealed by a different company. The previous crew did not remove all of the old sealer, and they they sloppily applied new sealer over top of the old. It looked horrible. Of note, that job took 3 days. When Darren came out for the driveway estimate, he told me he could fix it. I was dubious, but after seeing the work they did on my pool deck, I decided to let them proceed with the driveway. Clean Master did what they said they would. They were able to remove ALL of the old sealer, and they applied a fresh coat of sealer to a clean driveway. Clean Master took 1 day to complete the driveway strip/seal, and it came out looking great. I appreciate when a company holds true to their word. I would not hesitate to hire Clean Master again, and I will do so in the future.

I contacted them multiple times requesting either to return and finish the job correctly or to issue a refund. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the situation escalated. After my requests, a negative review appeared about my business (Autosport Motors), even though this individual has never been a customer and has never used any of our services. Additionally, a representative of the company (presenting himself as a director) began making statements about filing harassment claims against me, even though my communication was strictly related to resolving a legitimate service issue. This raises serious concerns about how this company handles disputes. Instead of addressing the problem, they appear to respond with pressure and unrelated actions. All I am asking for is a fair resolution -- either complete the job properly or return the payment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
