Since moving to this area almost a year ago and I frequent the store because it's closest. Up until…read morethis day I hadn't had any issues. I went in on the second week of January to pick up a few items. One item I chose had to sticker price $6.99, that I could visibly see. When we got to the counter, he was overly aggressive than usual, trying to help me scan my credit card scrolling through my rewards wanting me to use it! I stated I didn't want to use it! Now i know WHY! To offset what he did! Later that evening, I look at my receipt and the item that I purchased. The young gentleman that works in the store had removed the $6.99 tag/sticker and charge me $8.99 for the item! Blatantly charging me $2 more! IF YOU CHOOSE TO SHOP HERE! Make SURE YOU PAY ATTENTION TO THE PRICE that's inputed. I'm so confused because I spent hundreds of dollars there in the last year. why so compelled to take this two dollars! Considering this is the first time I've ever felt the need to actually looked at my receipt. Because the situation was just so awkward. It's very well possible it's happened before.

I went to CVS today to find out what prescriptions may be filled before December 1 and to ask that any prescriptions eligible to be filled are filled. The pharmacist was very helpful. She filled my eligible prescriptions at Cecil Ashburn and sent two prescriptions to the South Parkway store for me. All of her help today didn't cost me any out of pocket monies as I met my deductible already. I will miss the friendly pharmacists and pharmacy technicians at the Cecil Ashburn store. They have been very kind and most helpful for a very long time. Kudos to CVS for providing exceptional employees who care about their customers!!!!!

Not only did they do an exceptional job on the repairs, but the wheelchairs were ready a day earlier than promised. That was better than I could have hoped for because of a tight schedule. I will go back to them for any future needs, repairs or new! I highly recommend Attention Medical Supply and encourage anyone to check with them first!

I called from San Diego last Thursday and made arrangements for a wheelchair pick-up on Friday. My…read moregranddaughter drove 30 minutes to get there, only to find a note on the door that said they were "closed for a delivery" and " sorry." I think it would have made smart business sense to notify those customers in advance who were scheduled to pick up equipment that day. Very unprofessional. I called back on Monday, explaining my daughter couldn't pick up the wheelchair today due to knee replacement surgery. Her husband couldn't pick it up because he was working and my granddaughter couldn't pick it up because she was at school doing pre-graduation activities. Family and friends flying in from all over and all we asked was to pick up the wheelchair last Friday. After speaking to an employee there, who apologized and made excuses about being short staffed, I asked if it could be delivered. I was told that it could, with the normal delivery charge of $50 being reduced to $25 because of the hassle. That being said, since the chair was only $20 to rent, it still felt insulting. So my granddaughter left school to get the wheelchair for her Mom to attend her graduation tomorrow, and she was treated rudely by them when she arrived. Very unprofessional group of people. Shame on you!

They do not miss a beat. I honestly never have experienced this in a pharmacy and I was truly impressed and now I trust that I will get the best service possible and the hours of operation is very convenient for all customers. This is a really friendly, extremely customer-service oriented, fabulous pharmacy based on my visit…read morethere last week. Wanting to avoid the dreaded Wal Mart across the street, we opted for SHMP to get some Claritin for sweet Momma. The pharmacy is super dark, tinted windows maybe? from the outside and I wasn't sure they were open, so I walked to the door and voila, yes, they were open until 6:15, it was around 5:00 when we got there. Kind of odd to me, but perfectly fine, the staff has to "buzz" you in, meaning they see you at the entrance and then push a button to allow you to enter. Also you push a door button device to exit. The entire staff were so friendly and helpful, juggling phone calls, a lengthy drive through line and me as the sole customer inside. I inquired about petroleum free lip balm products for sweet Momma, since she uses 02, and the sweet female helping me went above and beyond to a. check their stock on hand, talk to the pharmacist, and do a lengthy computer search to find out a. what was available and b. re-confirm the ingredient list with the pharmacist. Wow! You don't often see that level of detailed, thorough service these days! She asked how many I wanted, which was 1, and said she would order 4 to keep some in stock. I asked about the price and she said, "It's $8.00 but I'm only going to charge you $5.00 because $8.00 is too much." I thought I heard her wrong, but I didn't; seriously, she reduced the price! This was on a Tuesday, and she said they would have them the next day, adding they do offer delivery service on Tuesday and Thursdays. The only negative thing I could say about this pharmacy is it was a cluttered mess in the interior. Of course, I didn't mention it, but the sweet young lady helping me, commented on the fact they were trying to re-organize or something to that effect. I highly recommend SHMP, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff who put the "in person" customer before the phone calls! Oh, and I didn't see a cell phone in sight - that was refreshing, too! Well done, SHMP!
