On the day of, I got there 10min. early to check-in and wait for my appt. 20min later, they call my name and say I'm sorry we can't see you today because it cuts into our lunch time! I went to my Dr's office in the same bldg. and told them what's going on. A nurse went back to the Lab with me to ask what's going on, the lady at the desk said oh I'm sorry for the confusion! So not only did I not get seen, but now I have to get to another Lab asap because the Dr. needs my results by next weeks appt. I will never go here again!!

Mark is a smart clinician who will listen without judgement, and will treat whatever problem you are having looking at you as a whole person, not just your symptom. Mark will always help you in office if possible, and if any referral is needed it is sent in a timely manner. This office has always treated me with respect, kindness, and is very responsive. I feel cared for as an individual with Mark Martindale, never feel farmed out to others, and I am always able to get in to see him when I've needed to. He truly cares about his patients, his community, and is truly just a great person in general on top of being a great doctor. Did not follow sanitary procedures, alcohol wipe, then put on gloves severe violation of national standards... Front Desk help was... unhelpful. Not sure what is going on at this site, but a whole lot of NOT going on. Trouble is, not really any alternative places... ugh!

My first doctor at Prairie Family Medicine was also very good although Dr. Taft is even better. My issue is with the Clara app they use and the staff. The staff wants you to use the Clara app in order to contact them but they take days to respond and if you have a question about their response then you have to wait days to get an answer. Meanwhile you can be in extreme pain or in need of care but are waiting for the staff to get back to you via the Clara app. If you call and actually speak with someone they can't even answer the most basic questions that they should know, and I mean really BASIC. If you question them they quickly get very rude. The staff absolutely doesn't care about the clients. They are rude and hostile. I was told that they have worked out the kinks with the app and the staff but the service is no different now than it was previously which is horrible. The only thing the staff is good at is making sure they get your dollars. $$$ is all they care about. They don't care about you as a patient.
