I bought a 2005 Toyota 4 runner with 48,000 miles on it from a used car lot in Saratoga. I kept…read morehaving issues with the calipers, they would lock up and stick. I'd say this would happen every 3-4 months. I kept bringing it back and they'd fix it, by putting on a new caliper, new brakes, new rotors. This got super expensive so my boyfriend suggested Combs Auto. They replaced the caliper, put in new brake lines, and did some other things, I'm not good with car stuff lol. But since I brought my truck to them I have not had 1 caliper issue!!!!!! Thank god I brought my truck there. They are honest, reliable and professional. I would definitely recommend them!!!

I went to have a new muffler that I brought installed and not only was it installed in record time,…read moreit was cheaper than expected and they fixed the light on in my dashboard for my airbag, without having to be asked! I'm beyond impressed with this place and will be going for repairing my 2011 corolla from now on. Thank you for your help!!!

So our 2017 Jeep GC overheated 2 days ago(05/14/26). I found Auto Fix online, and contacted them…read moreimmediately. Made arrangements to bring it in the following day. Did that. Explained my situation and was told it could be done right away. Got an estimate of over $700, and even though I knew that was a bit on the high side for the job, I agreed to have it done. Not even 2 hours later, I got a call from them, that the job was done. $60 for a gallon of coolant/antifreeze, and I had just paid $25 for a gallon of recommended coolant. Of which, one gallon in, one gallon out. that's when I figured it was more than likely the waterpump. And, for the sake of an hour and a half, I got charged $240 for labor. At just over 2 hours worth of labor, how much are they charging for it? Seems like $120-$150/hour. And for a job that barely took an hour and a half, Hmmm!! Anyway, happy that they got my vehicle in immediately, but not happy with their pricing. 20 years ago, I could have done this job myself for well less than 1/2 of that. But considering I'm now in my 60's, just don't have what it takes(tools, facility, or physical condition to do it anymore. Never again. Tired of being legally robbed.
