These…read morepeople gave me a caregiver named Shannon Hayes who was unable to connect with my 94 year old mother and could not get her to shower and clean up which is why I hired her in the first place. Every week it was another excuse and another bill. Then she showed up the final time, failed again and the next day I get a visit from Adult Protective Services. The social worker said that there was a complaint about my mom being left alone with no food and only beer and other things that were simply not true. I had to explain (and show) that she gets meals on wheels and has a freezer and cabinets full of the stuff she likes and show the social worker that the details of the complaint were untrue. I decided to leave the social worker alone to talk with my mom so that she could do her job and would know I had nothing to hide. After that and showing her that the report was false after the visit, the social worker closed the case immediately and complimented me on the job that was being done. This only confirms the false claim made by the caregiver. I thought it was pretty sad that my mom was able to connect and talk to the social worker in ways that visiting angels and Shannon were unable to accomplish. SInce who files the report is confidential, I can only surmise it was her because no one else had access to the house and the inside of her refrigerator. But then I called th eoffice and apparently the manager was the one who made the actual call. This is the same manager, Gabriell, who, when I hired Visiting Angels, promised me that if there was ever a concern over mom's welfare that it would be brought to my attention and that no one in their group would make those kind of calls. Had the social worker been unreasonable, the results of this spiteful call could have been devastating. Shannon Hayes and Gabrielle both defied my trust, failed in their job, and filed a false report that resulted in nothing but praise from the visiting caseworker and an apology for having to come out. So my experience is.... Couldn't do the job Did not protect the relationship Violated my trust. Filed a false report My next stop is small claims court. Your next stop should another company.

    I called the number on his card and made an appointment. The person who answered the phone was…read moreefficient well spoken. I thought it was a good conversation for something I so needed, contact with a health care person. We discussed health care insurance United, Medicare and he assured me I was covered. Be hind the scenes I got a message on my phone and some pressure to yield my credit card and personal information on an unsecured line. I had explained to the guy who took my reservation that I would bring my cards in. So behind the scenes my appointment was canceled with some discussion in a text that given how many uncollected charges and returned checks, "I am sure you understand." And no I do not understand why I sat for an hour in a hallway and no Rodriquez appeared. They had my phone number and they waned my credit card information before they would see me. RED FLAG This looked like fraud to me. Soliciting personal information before and appointment looks dishonest. Anyone can print a number on a card make an appointment and terrorize older patients into giving up personal information. I do not know if Jared even exists. I have not talked to him or seen him. I would be very careful If I were you to give out information, period. He just might have some unscrupulous people behind the scenes. In any event look else where.
