I am not sure what is going on with this guy, Paul. He does good work. But he will call you…read moreexcessively asking to cut your grass and it's always on a Friday. He also pretended to have his father running the business. We found out there is no father running it. Paul will pretend to be him on the phone. He sounds intoxicated at times. He would say "we" are heading there now but only one guy would show up. My husband called him to ask about adding on a service only to get "are you wanting your lawn cut" 3 times in a row fastly without stopping. I'm not sure what that was about but again he sounded either drunk or on something. My husband interrupted his chant and said we no longer needed his service. Paul stayed on the line and my husband had to just hang up on him. There was no question as to why or response at all. As if it fell upon death ears. We blocked him. We used his service 3 times. We received probably 15 text messages on requesting to cut. One wasn't needed due to drought and cut a week prior but was very persistent and we caved. Well, she refuses to make any service or billing changes. The customer keeps going with the same service and billing plan or discontinues. She helped him do lawn trimming once and wasn't too friendly.

I can't say enough good things about this company! They're at my home just about every other week, and I never have to call to ask if they're coming. I'm able to relax and pretty much forget about my lawn because I know it's being taken care of. There's no goofing off from any of the crew members. Each member seems to have their own job, which makes the service so much more efficient. The main concern I had about hiring someone was that my pool enclosure does not have a guard on it. So, I was quick to tell Will not to weed eat along the edge, I would have my husband do it so they don't tear the screen. My concern was addressed immediately, and I was assured they could do it and not tear my screen. We've been a client for a few months, now, and they weed eat along the edges of my enclosure without any mistakes. I'm thrilled! That's one less task for the hubs! We also hired Will's Lawn Care to help my mother-in-law who was in a bind. She had just moved into a 55+ mobile home community, where the previous owner had rocks for a lawn. My MIL received a notice from the park that she had a certain amount of time to get sod planted. We called Will and he promptly helped us out with the service. Within a week or two, he had his whole team laying sod at my MIL house and was done within hours. Then, he took it a step further and checked on her lawn since he was in the area with another client. That little something extra is just not heard of anymore. The customer service is fantastic, and I've never expected to find such an incredible company. I hope and pray they never leave the area. I'm convinced there's no other lawn company out there like Will's Lawn Care & Tree Service. Will, if you're reading this - we have a list going for tree work this winter! :)

Baron, the owner, responded quickly and came out to survey the situation, formulated a plan for a yard drainage system to install and had a reasonable estimate and timeframe. His team showed up within a more than acceptable timeframe every day considering they were traveling a decent distance to get to my house. (We all know pre pandemic Jacksonville traffic) I was honestly thinking they would show up with some heavy equipment for the digging but they did not. When I asked him how they are going to do all of this, Baron's response was, "With our hands. We don't like to use heavy equipment because the job is already messy enough and heavy equipment will just tear up your yard and add to the mess." These guys worked sun up to sun down with shovels and spades. Laid out the drainage system, installed a pump, a few gutters and downspouts. Had one hiccup that could only be prevented if they had the ability to see three feet into the ground, since he isn't Superman with x-ray vision, the team adjusted and worked the problem. Had one issue a month after install and one of the connections for the pipe was leaking. Notified him and he had someone out there the next day, made the repair. A few months after that it seemed I had a clog, again Notified Baron and two days later a team was here and fixed the problem. Look, if you are trying to find a corporate conglomerate that shows up in their khakis and polos, this isn't the guy. He is local Floridian that has been doing this since he was younger with his dad. I found him and his team to be an honest, trustworthy, respectful, and local business ready to do the backbreaking work that you and I do not want to do. I highly recommend him. I couldn't be happier with the drainage system that has been installed and thankfully I was able to sell the kayak I purchased to travers my property as it is no longer needed.
