The list of work at our home included the front sidewalk and curb, a large tile patio, patio screens, backyard PVC fence, eaves and fascia, and stepping stones through the yard. He made it look new. He has since washed the pool screen because of the algae build up a few years ago and this time we asked him to do the whole house. He made it look like it was just painted, taking away eight years of outside wear. He is consciencious, making sure my plants were wet down first so the product he was using did not affect them. Then afterwards he re-wet my plants to make sure they were safe. One of the main things I like about him is his ATTENTION TO DETAIL. He washed not only the walls, but also has a machine to scrub the travertine around the pool. This was unexpected but gratefully appreciated. Ruben Cortina is the ONLY ONE I would call.
