You'd think they'd bring a snake on a clogged main drain call but nope! Instead they grabbed my unused PEX piping and attempted to use it as a snake. Everything about the call was improper with both apprentices leaving for almost 2 hours to get the tools they should have brought. When they came back to finish the job both acted like they never operated a drain snake. Another thing that is sad is the disrespect they showed by wiping their crap covered gloves all over my basement, and telling me that isn't their job to clean up after themselves. The drain was still clogged after they left. I wasn't impressed so I called a different plumber. Additionally two days later I had an unpleasant surprise thanks to the younger apprentice forgetting to fully turn off my outdoor spigot. I didn't notice it until my basement started to get a moisture spot. Turns out it really flooded my lawn enough to cause issues. I called the office told them about it the owner Luke was supposed to return my call, but he tends to put off customers and forgets often. Fast forward I get the bill and they are claiming the labor time for the two hours they left. This company used to be decent hopefully they can work on the accountability of their employees.

I had an appointment for rewiring an older farmhouse along with adding outlets,…read morefans, switches etc. The salesman was here for a while going through every room making notes and drawings of what we wanted. Went through our outside and other outbuildings. I was looking for 2 quotes and have not heard from the salesman or company since the appointment, which was a few days before July 4th. I gave it a little time due to the holiday, but 2 weeks later and still nothing. Unacceptable. I would not recommend this company.
