"I'll be there in the next few hours or so." Never showed up. Never answered texts or calls. My husband called him yesterday (different phone #). He answered, promised to come yesterday and never showed. In the past 7-8 days, we have either texted or called him 7-8 times. He was PAID in full the day the project was performed. We were very comfortable with his recommendations and his work. Before starting, he provided samples and brochures of the products he would used, helping us to decide which color was best for us. We were so pleased to have him helping us due to his level of service, and expertise that we have hired him to refinish two rooms with hardwood floors. I'm sharing pictures of our before and after paint job today. The before images are the natural stone color and the new color is a shade of black.
