This company has got to be the worse taxi company there is the owner is beyond rude the drivers are obviously liars and untrustworthy. I was told by dispatch my ride round trip would be $12 now after going and returning back to my home the driver tries charging $18 I tell her hold on they told me $12 over the phone she calls and after speaking with dispatch they tell her to charge the $12 because that is what they had told me over the phone well when she charged my card it declined it I tell her sorry let me call and check (which mind you I did before I called them and knew there was at least $18 on there I call it said I only have $5 so I tell her that I'll have to do a split payment because I didn't have enough on the card but Idoo have it just on 2 cards instead of one. Now I can only assume she was in a hurry to get to her next fair which probably paid more than mine she says "Don't worry I got it", I say "Are you sure because I have it just in two cards" again she says "No don't worry I got it, I have to get to my next fair. " I then tell her after that fair if she can come back by so I may pay her she then says ok and leaves. Now about 10 minds layer I get a call from the owner threatening me with theft saying that I better pay my fair in 30 mins or he's contacting the police as of I had ran out on my fair!! Now not only is he beyond ride and ignorant but he's threatening a woman over the phone acting like a real Telephone tough guy like most the ppl up in this state instead of calling and speaking like a professional business man because that's what a real business does no he calls and is beyond rude and nasty when I try to explain that I was going to pay it and his driver was the one who decided to leave without payment and offered to pay our fair he was too busy throwing around threats and speaking beyond ignorant but then expected me to speak to him like he had any sense no sir if you want respect and want to be spoken to properly and professionally than you too must do the same!!!! I will give you the same energy and respect as you do me the same goes for disrespect if you are gonna be speaking to me direspectfully then you will be spoken to in the same manner!!!! I will never use this company again and I'll make sure everyone i know won't either!!!! Now I told the owner to come with his driver so we could straighten everything out but instead he just sent his driver back because he wasn't man enough to come speak to me face to face because he knows he's beyond wrong and unprofessional, now after being told by dispatch to only charge me $12 because that was what I was told the driver still charged me $18 this company doesn't only have an owner who is beyond rude, ignorant, and unprofessional they are also thieves telling ppl one price on the phone then charging whatever they feel like it when they take their payment!!! read more

Did not feel safe with the guy who was driving the cab. Full of meanness, the conversation was not even cool!

Never answer their phones and that's if u get lucky and they're even on. Also have set up appointments multiple times and they just never show up. Don't even bother giving u a phone call if they just decide not to show up. read more
