The place itself is somewhat hard to find, I thought I'd taken a wrong turn because my GPS had me turn, so I did, but I only saw apartments and some retail businesses across from where it looked like Amelie is. Turns out it is indeed there but for me was to my left, not my right when turning in from the road. I got some botox with Nikki and loved how she walked through everything, showed me the muscle groups, before and afters and overall was personable yet professional. I have a touch-up appointment coming up because I do think there is some slight drooping in my eye area due to where we placed some forehead injections but we were both on the same page with where/why that could happen, and since I wanted to try it it's really not a big deal. I just can tell my eyebrows seem to slightly droop over my upper eyelids more than usual. The staff is really great about breaking all the pricing down, and as long as they don't try to oversell to me I will be happy coming here for future needs!

This particular location, however, is by far the worst Sephora I have ever visited. Nearly every interaction I have had with employees here has been unpleasant. The staff routinely come across as rude, condescending, dismissive, and genuinely uninterested in helping customers. The store itself is also frequently messy and disorganized. The entire experience feels completely different from what I have come to expect from Sephora. My most recent visit was another example. I asked an employee for help selecting a color. It was a simple question and I wanted a simple answer. Instead of focusing on what I actually asked for, he immediately started trying to sell me additional products and tell me about all the other things I supposedly needed. I did not ask for a complete routine or a sales pitch. I asked for help with a color. It was frustrating and a complete waste of my time. This has become a pattern at this location. Employees seem far more interested in pushing products and closing a sale than listening to what the customer actually wants. Whether that comes from sales pressure, poor management, inadequate training, or simply an unhappy staff, I don't know. But something is clearly wrong with the culture at this store. I live very close to this location, yet I probably shop here once a year because I would rather give my business to other Sephora locations. That alone should say something. When a customer is willing to drive farther to avoid their neighborhood store, there is a serious customer service problem. Sephora should take a hard look at the management, training, and customer service culture at this location. The difference between this store and other Sephora locations is striking.

Being the fair maiden that I am, (Dr. Vessely informed me that my skin is considered transparent…read moreit's so fair) I develop small red broken capillaries on the bridge of my nose and under my eye area from time to time. After seeing a couple other doctors for laser treatments in the past for my small broken capillaries and suffering burns to my skin from them using too strong of a lasers for my delicate skin, I hesitantly decided to give Dr. Vessely a try and I'm so glad I did! Each time I have seen her she zaps all of my little red marks and they instantly disappear. She's very precise. Also, going to her is a very pleasant experience. She's soft natured and professional and will gently remind you to keep out of the sun, use sunscreen and basically teach how to keep your skin healthy. I've been to her office at least three separate times over a few years time span and each time was just as good as the last. The cost per session I recall was around $200 or so for the small areas on my nose. The little capillaries do come back after a few years but she said that's just the price you pay for having transparent skin. When I get my next ones, I will be back.

Even though she was helping another customer, she could have simply said, "Hi, I'll be right with you." I stood near the item I needed for several minutes, but she continued to ignore me as if I wasn't there. Eventually, I decided to leave. She didn't even say "Thank you for coming in" or anything as I walked out. I would recommend saving your time and energy and not visiting when she is working. On a positive note, there is another younger staff member who is always friendly and welcoming. This one start is for her.
