I have had three facials with her so far and each one was better than the last. She is very knowledgeable about the products and the treatments, and she always puts me at ease during my visits. I look forward to my next session with her. I have had a couple sessions with Kris, and I'm very pleased with the results and will definitely continue with the plan she has devised for me. After booking my appointment weeks in advance, I was contacted to reschedule and was offered a time with the Physician's Assistant instead of you, which was not my preference. When I tried to address this and explained the difficulties I had reaching your office--such as your email not working and being disconnected on the phone--the scheduler was extremely rude, talked over me, and was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the conversation. After this upsetting experience, I specifically requested a call back from you before my appointment to discuss how I was treated. Not only did I never receive a call, but my concerns were never acknowledged by you or your staff in any way. Now, I see why my mother left your practice and started seeing another doctor. Given this lack of professionalism and the failure to address my concerns, I have decided to seek care at another dermatology office--one where I feel I will be treated with the respect and courtesy every patient deserves. I am very disappointed by this experience and hope you will take these issues seriously for the sake of your future patients. I also advise anybody else who receives disrespectful or discourteous treatment from the office staff here to call the Florida licensing board and file a formal complaint. Patients deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect at all times.

The massage therapist did an amazing job. She gets 10 stars!!! I fell asleep it felt so wonderful!…read moreI'm not sure her name but she had dark brown hair and was between 60-70 years old maybe. However don't come here and expect to enjoy amenities before your service. The sauna and steam room were not turned on. There was a timed dial on the wall sorta like a timed hot tub at a hotel. Hard to explain but they were confusing on how to know if it was turned on. The steam room knob was hidden behind the door. The receptionist lady was nice but maybe she was new and needs further training. I say this because she was kind and told me how to use the locker but then quickly left and I didn't know how to use the sauna and steam room. To find her you have to walk out of the spa to her desk which is in the fitness gym so it felt very awkward to walk out there in a bathing suit and robe. She was nice and came showed me how to use everything and admitted it's confusing for a lot of people. Once the steam room is turned on it is SUPER loud like a jet airplane and the steam is so thick you can't see to walk so I left. I've been to many spas in places such as Las Vegas, Phoenix as, Scottsdale's AZ and Hot springs AR, so I'm familiar and have never heard a steam room so loud. It was just uncomfortable and not relaxing. Then the sauna wasn't heated up and I just gave up waiting for it and walked to the quiet room. Also, I asked if there were any chilled towels since there was a sign, but the bowl was empty and then she refilled it. The quiet room had nice loungers and very soft blankets. However there was a super bright over head light above loungers which made it hard to relax. Also it was right next to the quiet room is the glass door exit that goes to the fitness center and you could hear people banging weights and machines. All this to say, the service was EXCELLENT so I give the massage therapist 10 stars, But the facilities more like 2 stars.
