I specifically asked about its safety and was told it was considered better and safer than other fillers and would last longer. After experiencing complications and doing my own research, I no longer feel comfortable with what I was told about its safety. The product was injected under my eyes, and I developed significant swelling and other complications. I continue to have noticeable bags under my eyes and have been told they may be permanent. The facility would not refund me for the treatment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this treatment at this facility.

I called the day of my appointment around 9am and left a message, no call back. I get to the new address that's listed on google and it's a health care academy that's locked. I have called probably ten times with a majority of the calls being sent to voicemail. I'm so incredibly angry. I can't imagine Shelby being okay with her business being ran like this.
