I would like to give a balanced review on this company, but I didn't get as far as booking a…read moretaxi!On Saturday 8th I was in Chelmsford travelling on a late train back to Diss. I wouldn't have been back until 01:45 which I appreciate it late so I called to check the possibility of whether I could actually get a cab. An extremely rude lady in response to my question rather abruptly replied NO YOU CAN'T!! As a potential customer, slightly taken aback I merely enquired as to why I couldn't book a taxi - still quite bemused by her rather unfortunate manner. She replied, "I don't have to give you a reason, I can say no if I want". I called her back and said I was going to write a review, and she challenged me saying "whatever, you do that!" Whether the drivers are any good I couldn't tell you as I didn't get that far. Other local firms in the area weren't free for the job as it was too late, but they were very polite in responding to my request. Acle Taxis to name a few. I'll be calling them next time...

Named after the river that flows through the area. It's always good to call ahead and get a quote from the different companies as sometimes their rates vary drastically.
