Absolutely the worst customer experience I've ever had. From…read morestart to finish, working with this company was a nightmare. Communication was virtually nonexistent. While I was aware they might arrive the day before the event, they gave no heads-up or confirmation--just showed up unannounced and only called when they were already at my front door. Thankfully, I happened to be home. Otherwise, they would've dropped the inflatable wherever they felt like. Even though I gave them clear instructions on where to place it, they ignored me and set it up in the wrong spot. When I asked them to move it, they said they couldn't--it was too heavy--and only had two people on the job. Then, without asking or informing me, they plugged one of the blowers into my neighbor's outlet. They told me the blowers needed to stay on for over 24 hours (until the event) because the inflatable was top-heavy and might not reinflate properly. That is absolutely unreasonable and a huge liability concern. Pickup was just as bad. They were two days late and again showed up with just two people who couldn't move the inflatable. Instead of calling for backup, they dragged it into my wild grass so my lawn service could mow--completely flattening that part of my yard in the process. Then they left it there for another full day. When they finally came back, they again brought only two people, had to call for two more, and it took them over an hour and a half to get it off my property. The complete lack of professionalism and communication was outrageous. I had to make multiple phone calls just to get basic updates. At no point did they take responsibility or show even a shred of proactiveness. I will never use this company again, and I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the stress.

One of the main reasons we were interested in the Crown Room (besides the beautiful fireplace, large windows, and ceiling beams) was because they are a full service vendor. We had our ceremony and reception in the same room, they have their own chef and pastry chef, wait staff and bar service. The food is sooo good! From the open house in January that had appetizer/cake tasting and entree tasting a few months before the big day, we were constantly impressed and stuffed! We received countless positive reviews from family members and guest on how incredible the dinner, cupcakes and hors d'oeuvres were at the wedding. Some guests even describes the food service as "magical," the servers seem to appear out of no where and serve all tables at the same time. We chose to have our ceremony on site as well as the reception. We loved being able to create our own aisle design and ambience. The guests did not sit in rows but instead at the tables they would be served dinner. I loved how this was set up, it felt more cozy and less formal and intimidating to me and my husband. We were allowed to take photos on site before the ceremony. There are many beautiful locations on the Crown Room grounds as well as inside to take photos as a large group or as a couple. We found it very sweet that this beautiful room was nestled in a senior living facility. There were many residents that would sit in their front lounge and admire all the beautiful dresses and give such kind compliments and advice to us newlyweds!
