I was referred to this practice for a Mohs surgery. I will never return after the lack of professionalism and communication I experienced at the Warminster office.
The day of the surgery, I arrived for my appointment and waited 45 minutes in their waiting room to be taken back. Once I was in the room, I was told that the procedure would not be able to happen that day due to the plastic surgeon being on vacation. The fact that this was not communicated with me until I had been in their office for nearly an hour the day of the procedure is unacceptable.
After telling me I should reschedule if I wanted my face to look "aesthetically pleasing" post op, they told me I could not be seen for over a month. After going home, I tried calling their office (during operating hours) and still over a week later have never received a call back from their office manager who was there the day of the scheduled surgery.
Luckily, I was able to find another practice who was able to see the gravity of the situation, schedule/keep the appointment, and perform a successful Mohs surgery to remove my cancer. If you are in need of a Mohs surgery, please do your research. There are many other wonderful surgeons in the Philadelphia area who work in offices that respect their patient's time and genuinely care about patient's health/wellbeing. read more
