Dr. Jennifer Jonkers is most excellent! I, my daughter, son-in-law and BFF have all gone to her for years. Kind, caring, knowledgeable, practical are just a few accolades she has earned from all of us. Dr. Jonkers' staff is second to none, quick & thorough follow up and will work to get you in ASAP. read more

Terrible establishment. My doctor cancelled my anxiety meds without telling me first and won't help me taper. I've been on these meds for over 15 years. Very rude and dismissive when I asked for help. I am new to this area and feel so unwelcome. read more

Now, I refused to return tried to complain Now they keep sending me follow up emails, text messages, and will not stop, even after being asked, and blocked. Feels like harassment. She was very knowledgeable and very willing to hear what was going on. Some people just hear a minute or two of what you have to say, cut you off, and then give you a half assed response. Belena was much different. She let me explain, asked some clarifying questions, then suggested what should be done. It was a very pleasant trip. Oh, not that this is important to the actual practice, but Belena is an incredibly beautiful woman. Smart and beautiful! Bottom line, this practice has good people here. They know what they are talking about and take the time to treat your problem instead of just taking your money and giving you meds you don't need. Just the oppisite actually, they won't give you meds unless you really do need them. In Belena's case, do not let the pretty face fool you. She knows her stuff and she is awesome.

I have family there and given the difficulty I have had getting an appt (even with the help of my primary care physician locally a relative suggested I try here. The woman said "What kind of insurance do you have?" I said, "United Healtcare. Dr Bailey was listed as 'In Network'." She said "But what kind of insurance do you have?" I said "Other than United Healthcare I don't know what to tell you. I see a Group Number. I see a Member ID. I see 'Choice'." She said "We are not accepting new medicaid patients right now. Is that medicaid?" I said "No I'm not on Medicaid. I have my own business/LLC and this is my company's insurance policy." "What is your primary care physician's name?" I told her his name but explained I didn't live in her region. She said "I will have to transfer you to Sapling Grove since you are a self referral." I was like "OK". So this other woman answers. She asks me the same things about insurance and doctor's name. She said "We are a 100% referral center." I said "Uh. Why is that if you are in my insurance provider as in network. And the other woman who transferred me to you said she was transferring me to you as a 'self referral'. Now you say you don't accept referrals. I'm confused." She said "Please hold". I just hung up. They sound very disorganized and not very accepting of new patients. I think I will just wait it out here in the DC Metro area.

Dr's orders were for 2 weeks of R & R after surgery, but Sharon told my husband I was to do no cooking or cleaning for six months. How great was that? I would not hesitate to return to this facility for any future needs & would highly recommend them to anyone who asked.
