IEP With Help was a great resource in understanding and navigating the IEP process. They were friendly and answered all of our questions, no matter how basic. They joined our IEP meeting with the school and district to help us get what our son needed. Thank you all, from two previously exhausted parents and their grateful son.

I reached out desperately needing an advocate after years of frustration, confusion, and getting nowhere with the school district. After just one consultation, they joined me at my sons' IEP meeting the following week, and I was in absolute shock at how much they were able to accomplish after just one meeting. What started with one IEP quickly turned into a series of strategic, intentional meetings, each one bringing us closer to accountability and real solutions. It wasn't overnight, but their consistency and pressure made all the difference. They asked all the right questions, the kind that only an experienced advocate would know to ask. They challenged the district in a way I never could as a parent alone, and they did it respectfully, knowledgeably, and with total confidence in my boys' rights. Watching them work was like watching people who not only knew the law inside and out, but who genuinely cared about my kids as if they were their own. From the very beginning, they walked me through everything step by step. They took the time to explain my sons' IEPs in detail, something no school team has ever done. I finally felt heard, empowered, and most importantly, supported. They made sure my boys got exactly what they were promised under FAPE, and when the district fell short, they didn't back down. Because of them, my sons now have a plan in place that will completely shift the course of their academic progress and self regulation, a direct result of the team's relentless advocacy and dedication. Madelyn spent hours behind the scenes using her investigation skills and due diligence to uncover the district's missteps, while Amber was like a legal encyclopedia, firing back with exact amendments and language without missing a beat. Diego especially... he should seriously become a lawyer. The way he advocated for my family felt like I had my own brother in the room fighting for us. That level of passion, knowledge, and care is rare and it's exactly what every parent of a child with special needs deserves. From now until my boys graduate high school, IEP With Help will be at every IEP meeting. That's a promise I've made to myself and to my kids. I am forever grateful to this team, my heart is full. If you're a parent who's struggling to navigate this system, please don't wait. Call them. They are the real deal.

Diana has exceeded every expectation. She uses the UFLI program and we have seen real progress in both boys' reading skills. What stands out most is her ability to break things down in a way that is accessible and effective for learners who need explicit, systematic instruction. She meets them exactly where they are, while still holding high expectations for their growth and progress on their goals. Just as important, our boys absolutely love working with her. Diana brings such a warm, cheerful energy to every session, and her positive, encouraging style keeps them engaged and motivated. Her sessions are structured and purposeful, but also fun, which is not easy to balance, but she does it seamlessly. , We are so grateful to have found her. Diana is not only highly skilled but also deeply kind and invested in her students' growth. She has made a meaningful difference for our boys.

I went in search for an at home tutor and it was so hard finding someone with experience with his age group but also experience being a real teacher, and on top of that someone reliable. Diana is AMAZING, and worth every penny. Every week she comes with a new/different activity sometimes she has him dancing to songs about letters or shapes another time they are doing word puzzles. My 3 year old is literally on the road to reading because of her. Very happy she is apart of my kids development, because with her he is learning so much!

I have complained several times to the coach about a child on the sports team that doesn't know the meaning of team spirit before complaining in the office. It seemed to do some good as the child was not as vocal or rude in her displeasure of other players ON HER OWN TEAM TO THEIR FACE or running all over the volleyball field to take every shot like no-one else could play....running into, knocking down, and hitting other players on her own team in her zeal to get to the ball and be the star. (I GUESS WE NO LONGER TEACH THAT THERE IS NO I IN TEAM?) They say they talked to her but could not sit her down because she paid for the sport. Well so did everyone else who was not being let to play because this one girl wants to be a star. While others on the team had to hear those remarks aimed at them making them feel bad when they missed the ball. She doesn't run all over the place taking the shots anymore which is nice, and everyone gets a chance to try--which is what they paid for-- BUT Her remarks have not stopped. They are not as loud now, after my complaint, but they have not stopped. They have just been made quieter and that does not make them ok. AND I am tired of the comments like "What was that? " when my daughter misses the ball!! ALL I CAN SAY IS WHAT KIND OF ATTITUDE AND WHAT A MOUTH FOR A CHILD??!! AND WHY DOES THE COACH STAY SILENT? I expect the coach to do the right thing. In my book just allowing one child to run their mouth to others undermines the experience for every other player on the team and that is not right. The parents and children are customers who paid for a service-not abuse, right? I pay for my daughter to have a good time and enjoy being around others, not be made to feel self conscious. Honestly, at a time when kids are going through so much emotional stuff, and we all know it, I would have thought they would have taken this more seriously and handled this better. It's their job. Instead, my daughter, and everyone else on the team, gets to watch and learn bad sportsmanship and a bad attitude is acceptable while also feeling self conscious every time that player wants to say something. Thats not a lesson I want my child to learn. AND not one I am going to pay for. Sports is supposed to give them a chance to have a good time, learn lessons of teamwork and good sportsmanship, and build self-confidence. This season was doing the exact opposite of all of those things, and nothing was resolved by complaining. So I won't be going here anymore for the Summer or Sports and will definitely not be recommending it to anyone I know. Every child who pays to be on the team should be treated with respect and consideration. We all want them to win, but I think there are things that are more important than winning. Every person on the team should have to respect the others and their right to play and be treated right.
