From the very first appointment I felt like I was in a safe place. He has excellent beside manner and is very knowledgeable and personable. He talks to you the whole visit and is genuinely interested. I don't know if everyone sees this next point as extra valuable but I do, he listens. I have recommended him to others and when I see them again they have praises about their experience as well. If I am being honest I have never had a bed experience as the front of the office staff is just as nice and welcoming. You get greeted by name and warm small talk, they too are great listeners. I am very impressed with this rehabilitation/ chiropractor/ physical therapy practice; they are very comprehensive with your recovery program and have a lot of great equipment and machines. They upkeep the cleanliness and wipe down before and after each patient. I'd HIGHLY recommend going here for any injury! They take my insurance as well, which is Anthem Blue Cross, so that helps with the cost. Ive been an athlete for most of my life, and now I just train at the gym and do CrossFit on occasion. I was in need for some physical therapy because I injured my groin and lower back doing heavy squats. I cannot say enough great things about this practice. So let me break it down for you... The office itself is really nice! I love the ambiance. It is a nice, cozy, trendy and clean office space. Upon walking in, you are greeted by whomever is at the front desk and there are several chairs for waiting and magazines to look at. Sam, Andrea and Carla are wonderful!!! They are very friendly and make your experience comfortable and pleasant! This place has compression machine for your legs, a physical therapy exercise area with a lot of sports/exercise equipment, office space for adjustments and additional therapies (cupping, needling, massage gun, etc.), and a warm massage bed while you're hooked up to an electrical muscle stimulation machine. Each of my appointments typically follow the same routine and i started going in twice a week for four weeks. Ill do 15 mins on the warm massage bed while hooked up to the electro stimulator, then ill do 15 minutes of compression, then 15 minutes of going through my physical therapy exercises led by Andrea. She is great at walking you through the movements and she switches up the exercises each time. Then ill see Dr. Dillon Balkin for more focused work on my injuries whether it be cupping, massaging, needling, adjustments, etc. Dr. Dillon Balkin is great! He is very professional, extremely personable and friendly, and you can tell he is passionate about his work and is very knowledgeable. I always appreciate his recommendations and they always help me progress with my recovery. My back and groin have healed tremendously and i can now do full squats with heavy weights again. I enjoyed coming here so much that I continued to go here to treat my shoulder injury from 2017 that I have been doubtful about getting treated again. I went to a different physical therapy practice for my shoulder in the past and it only got worse, so i've been hesitant to "waste money" to get it checked out again. To my honest surprise, Dr. Balkin found the issue and as i started to follow the program/exercises he prescribed me, it's actually getting better and im ecstatic! They have provided the comfort and support I truly needed, and I don't regret purchasing the product itself. Unfortunately, my experience with the sales process was extremely disappointing. Before purchasing, I specifically asked how the financing would affect my credit. The salesperson assured me that it would work similarly to Affirm and would not negatively impact my credit report. That information turned out to be false. I am currently in the process of purchasing a home, and this financing account has had a negative impact on my credit profile, potentially affecting my chances of securing my mortgage. Had I been given accurate information, I would have made a different decision. I encourage The Good Feet Store to ensure that employees provide honest and accurate information about financing options. Customers deserve transparency so they can make informed financial decisions. While I'm grateful for the relief the insoles have provided, I am deeply disappointed by the misleading information I received during the sales process.

I was referred to QOMC by my MFM doctor due to my baby being in the breech position at 37 weeks…read more(and throughout most of my pregnancy). I was scheduled for an EVC at the hospital and thought it wouldn't hurt to try the Webster's Technique first. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Jon that same week and that gave me 5 days before the EVC. When I arrived at the office, the front desk greeted me warmly and walked me through the paperwork. While I waited I overheard them talking about a patient on the phone who missed an appointment due to being held back at work and they were trying to help accommodate her that same day which was nice. I found Dr. Jon to be very personable. He asked lots of questions and examined thoroughly to get a good idea of how to help. As a disclosure, I've never been to a chiropractor, but he explained everything that he was doing and the movements were pretty relaxing and not painful. Afterwards he took me to another employee (I think her name was Alanna) and she hooked up to some sort of muscle relaxer machine and placed ice on my lower back since that was pretty much my only source of pain during my pregnancy. She was very patient and helpful in answering my questions and adjusting the settings so I was comfortable. Dr. Jon suggested I come in one more time before the EVC if needed, but that night the baby was moving A LOT and the ultrasound the next day showed she had turned and was no longer breech! In addition, my lower back felt a lot better too - it was easier getting up from bed the next morning and it wasn't painful like it normally was when I had to switch to lying on my sides during the ultrasound. I kept my appointment just in case my baby turned again, but the ultrasound the day before the EVC showed she was still head down and now facing towards my back which is the ideal position for delivery. I called the office with the good news and was able to cancel the appointment. I don't know how many sessions it usually takes a baby to turn, but I'm sure it varies. I'm grateful that it happened after one session so thank you Dr. Jon and QOMC!

Given my experience in other countries, they extend the treatment unnecessarily to possibly get more money from their clients. I needed back pain treatment due to pregnancy. The couple of times I went, they did exactly the same, which was nothing but putting me on my side and press to stretch my back, and then they charged me more than $50 for a few minutes of nothing. Thank God I could find the care I needed somewhere else.
