After insurance processed it, we received a check for $500 less than what the claim had been. I called the insurance company to ask why this was, and they said that Dacus had agreed to do the work for the lower price, so with my deductible and the check they had sent I would be good to go. I called Dacus to schedule to work, however they surprised me: They said they didn't care what they had agreed to with the insurance company, they would be charging me the full price on the original estimate, and probably more, and I would just have to eat what insurance didn't cover. Thankfully, I called my insurance and was able that check voided (it was addressed to the body shop), and found another body shop that agreed to do the work at the price that Dacus had agreed to do it for before they tried to make me pay the original estimate price out of pocket. The insurance company had the documentation that Dacus had agreed to do the work for that lower price, email trail and everything, so Dacus apparently thought they would just agree to the lower price and then get some extra money on top out of me. No thanks.

We recently ordered a glass tabletop cut from a template we provided. This was for an antique,…read morehandmade table, so the edges and corners were each slightly different. There were so many things that could go wrong. We could miss the mark on the template, someone could cut the glass who didn't care or didn't follow our template, etc. The office personnel were friendly and helpful when we placed our order, and when we went to pick up the glass, the shop workers were also friendly and helpful. When we got the 1/4-inch glass plate home, it fit the table perfectly! I was amazed and so thankful that the Glass Services Inc. professionals took the time and care to cut it so precisely. In today's business world where mediocrity or lack of professional care is rampant, this was a wonderful breath of fresh air! The cherry on top was that the final cost was slightly LESS than the ballpark estimate!

I was told that they didn't have a wash bay, but the owners wife "Hyka" said she would take it back and rinse it off. This was going to do very little for the outside and nothing about the inside of my car, so I said if that is all you are going to do to forget it. Hyka was very rude to me and had zero customer service skills. I would never use Crossroads Collision again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BE ADVISED, you don't want go through the same experience trust me!!!
