At the window, there was only one. I told her we ordered three after I paid for the one. I asked her to give me the one while they prepared the other two. No manager was in sight to see what was happening. She told a coworker to make two more while a line of cars needlessly stacked up behind me. She handed us two without whipped cream or cherry. I told her to add the whipped cream (which she did WITHOUT the cherry). Rather than push my luck, I took them and left. Without question, this Freddy's has serious problems: 1. ignorant staff 2. no quality control 3. untrained staff 4. very poor restaurant management Additionally, the staff could care less if customers were forced to wait while their mistakes were somewhat corrected several times for one order. Freddy's corporate management needs to audit and fix or close this restaurant. It's normally a reliable place for fast food but obviously no longer. Adding insult to injury, the small concretes were over $6 each which to me is overpriced. With bad service and indifferent staff, this particular Freddy's is a NO GO period.

Theyre genuinely nice and like what they serve. They have a house sauce, Hungarian sweet paprika I suspect is the smokey sweet ingredient with maybe lemon juice or ACV with garlic and onion, in mayo. But thats just a guess and I also liked the ghost pepper sauce. Its on the light end of heat but has a signature burn unique to the Naga Jaluka. Battered fries and basic burger with simple toppings and mustard as it should be on a burger. The person I ate with had tots and grilled cheese. Tots and fries perfect, no old oil taste, and there was nothing left of the grilled cheese, so let that speak for itself. My only suggestion would be add some horse reddish, sweet relish, or dill relish with a touch of ketchup in the house sauce and make a proper house made thousand island instead of mayo for it. Your girl had difficulty explaining how meals work because I asked her if there was an up charge and she said no. I order the 3pc tenders w onion rings and was going to upgrade the drink but you're a Pepsi place so said I'd just take a regular Dr Pepper instead of the large Coke. I pull up and my total is over $11. I asked how that was possible when the 5 pc meal is same price. The shockingly stupid and rude girl handling your drive thru couldn't explain and started arguing with me that she read back my order and it was right. I ordered a meal not ala carte and the math wasn't mathing. I pointed this out and she shrugged. Couldn't have cared less. So I told her to then just give me the 5 pc since it was same price. She said she couldn't do that because they were already making it. I asked why they couldn't throw 2 more pieces in. She said she already rung it up. Dumb, rude, argumentative, unwilling or unable to even try to solve a pretty basic problem. This was 4:45ish today 8/28. Girl in her late teens/early 20s with pulled back dark hair and cartoonish fake lashes and eyeliner. Lost you a sale and what would have been a return customer. Hire better or at least train/manage your people! What a HORRIBLE customer experience. I was done with her complacency and drove off without anything. In this economy, customer service is everything & now the lack of it at Freddy's is all I'll remember.
