I've relied on Trius more than the others because their fares are more expensive, and in a supply and demand service business, I'm willing to pay more so I don't have to compete with other passengers. Trius disappointed me twice today, not just once, and in my opinion are just as bad as the other taxi companies out there. This morning, I waited 35 minutes for a taxi. It was just after rush hour and I wrote off the wait due to the time of day. At 3:40pm today, well in advance of even government rush hour traffic, I called for a taxi, then waited 30 minutes before calling to see where my it was. The dispatcher told me that a driver had already been there and didn't see anyone. I was wearing a bright yellow rain coat and was the only person standing outside. I told the dispatcher the taxi never showed, to which he LAUGHED, said the drivers didn't what they were doing, and that another car was on the way. I called again 25 minutes later. Twice no one picked up (seriously, what taxi company doesn't have an auto call attendant?), and on the third attempt, the dispatcher answered. I was quite blunt and obviously irritated, and when I told the dispatcher that it was going to be an hour's wait in a few minutes, he said the driver was on his way. When I brought up the fact that he'd already said that 25 minutes ago, and asked if he really meant it this time, he just hung up. He then didn't answer when I tried to call him back. At 4:45, after waiting 65 minutes, I walked home in the rain. I won't be "trying" Trius again, the biggest turd in a toilet bowl of crappy taxi service in Fredericton.

Finally we made it there once we got there we asked the cab driver if he could pick us up at 2am to go back home he said to us that he would be there for sure. It gets to the time when we told him that we needed a cab and then no sign of a cabby. We wait to 210am, 220am , finally 230am and we call back and have a little discussion with the dispatch. Then one of my friends call again and ask for a cab and the dispatch starts saying how they have a customer who is being super petty. How can a company say things like that about there customers. Personally I think that it was super disrespectful and this is why I rate them a 1 out of 5. If I could of I would have rated my experience a 0 out of 5!
