Yesterday, I visited for the…read morefirst time since around 2010 & there was an older Caucasian man at the counter who was extremely rude to me for no reason at all. I was picking up an item for a friend & only had the brand name not realizing the many versions of the item. The guy was yelling & continuously referring to me as "ma'am" when all I wanted was to view options of the product. He was unwilling to accommodate me although no one else was waiting in line. That will be my last visit to this place. Better hiring practices should be used to increase chances of actually getting candidates who know how to provide customer service professionally.

The owner was really helpful at suggesting different craft beers and appears to have a great knowledge in the area! I am so glad I don't have to go all the way downtown to buy craft beer anymore! It turns out this is the only store in Leeds and Moody with an amazing collection of craft beer! They also have a great variety of wines! I was able to find some Snakehandler IPA beer from Good People brewery, which is very difficult to find around this time of year (considering the beer is seasonal)! Overall, I am just glad to have found this store, where I can count on finding something exotic like "Founders KBS" or "Hopslam" or something like "Bud Light!"
