Horrible service. Had an appointment scheduled for my son and just because his Medical was inactive they called to cancel his appointment 2 hours after they had called to confirm. They didn't even ask if there was any other insurance or anything. It shouldn't matter if a kids Medical is inactive to get seen if you don't know what is happening. And this is why I will no longer give you my business. You guys clearly care more about payments than patients. read more

Most of the staff was amazing however I did see an employee on a personal call for about 30 minutes. If I was an owner I would want my employees to use working hours to work and not for personal phone calls. This way patients wouldn't have to wait so long while a staff member is on the phone and not attending patients care. read more

This is the most honest and sincere dentist in the SFV. I can usually get a same day appointment if we have an emergency. They usually see you on time. Everyone has been professional. It's been Very hard to find a place I feel comfortable seeing my kids. Been to a few dentist, one left all my daughters fillings open and another one that recommended crowns and all sorts of things that was unnecessary. Thank goodness for this place took me a few years to find them! read more

I came today with my two toddlers, booking was easy and we got an appointment in within that same week. Upon arriving we were greeted right way by Maria, who was so sweet and friendly. The kiddos enjoyed the fun murals on the wall and play area, we were given rooms very quickly. The office is immaculately cleaned, and Angelica did a quick and thorough job on my daughter. My son has special needs and I was bracing myself for him to be screaming the entire time! They were beyond understanding and patient with him, he only cried for a few short seconds in the beginning but the rest was a pleasant experience! I'm so glad to have found a dentist for my babies to regularly come to. Also it was so sweet to have received the cutest piñatas and care packages for both my kids as it's their birth month. I normally stick with the same dentist, but struggle tremendously to get appointments that fit my schedule; plus, if I need to reschedule the dental office makes a big deal about it and it takes me a long time to see the dentist. Well, this place had no problem with that, I changed my schedule two times they had large availability options. The place was clean. The ladies in the front were nice and lovely- I must say. The staff at the back office were willing to answer any question, very considerate to the customer's needs. I was surprised. I loooove this place! My daughter used to go somewhere else and would cry every time she had an appointment. This is my second time here and she keeps asking "when is my next appointment". She loves it here. John was amazing. He took the time to asked my daughter what movie she wanted to see. He even started singing along with the movie (which my daughter enjoyed lol) he made my daughter feel so comfortable. Karen was so sweet, she started talking to my baby and asked how old she was. I told her my baby was going to be 1 year old this month and she immediately informed me that they normally give piñatas to patients that have birthdays within the month. My baby has 4 teeth and they were able to take her in the same day (her piñata is so cute). Yesenia and Maria were so helpful in the front. I kept asking many questions and they were so patient with me. They made my daughters future appointments and gave them a goody bag. I can't stand a place where the receptionist make you feel uncomfortable or awkward for asking questions. Both Maria and Yesenia took the time to explain everything to me. I was walking by the GRANADA HILLS location and grabbed a goodie bag they had outside. I saw they accept medi-cal so I made an appt for my daughter. It was her first time at the dentist .. I was nervous because she is very stubborn and I was unsure how the staff would get her to participate in anything they asked. To my surprise once she sat in the chair the amazing staff got her engaged immediately.. she opened her mouth for a cleaning and took xrays. I was SHOCKED. once the dentist came in and took a few more pictures he noticed a cavity that he recommended I fill. Again I was nervous but I decided to do it. They took great care of my daughter. She didn't cry, they were so sweet and gentle with her. Which made it easier for ME to relax.. they have such an amazing set up! They have a tv on the ceiling so they put on her favorite movie. Making an appointment so easy and friendly brought my two kids 4 years old and 7 year old the Receptionist friendly and took care of my paperwork , my little girl first time taking X rays and Armando was so good gain my little girls trust and she did so good without crying he gave her a sticker at the end for the cleaning Issac was the one that did my two kids and he was so patient and really good friendly and made my kids feel safe due to my little girl being scared and my. Little boy closing his mouth so often Issac did great not loosing his patients asking him to open up and was nice about it . after Dr came in checked X-rays and she did the Exam really nice and asked if I had any questions ., really like the experience receptionist at the end really friendly reschedule me for my next visit in 6 months I asked my kids how they like the experience and they love it , like the nice goody bag they gave them the ballon and their cavity free certificate... I really like bringing my son here doctors and assistants are nice .I work in a dental office myself and this time I went I saw the chair they sat my son in wasn't fully cleaned . I think they had worked done before someone else and they splashes of the material they used with the last patient . I hope next time I go they clean and disinfect everything properly . Since we COVID going around I wouldn't want my son to be sitting in a chair were they had worked done before and didn't disinfect . But overall everything else is great . read more

It was my daughters first visit to this office. It is very kid friendly. She imidiately liked the environment because they were playing a Disney movie and the staff greeted both of us very well. My daughter has anxiety when going to the docor or dentist, She cries even before they do anything to her. The staff was very patient with her, they talked to her and took their time doing the cleaning. She got a certificate for not having any cavities, she was given a balloon and a small gift. To an adult these things might not matter but to a child, it definitely makes it a place they want to come back to! The docor was very informative and took his time explaining how to care for her teeth and what to expect in the future. I can see why the wait time is long even when you have an appointment.You won't be out of there fast but rest assure the staff will take their time with your child once you are called in. I rather wait a long time and receive great service and have my daughter feel confortable than go somewhere where she isn't happy! read more

Thank you I went in today with 3 of my children and they got a McDonald gift card when we were leaving he said can I give my gift card to a guy homeless in a wheel chair in the parking lot for him to eat something. This place is crap !! I am a single parent of 2. So one of my kids had a appointment and I walked in but one of the ladies at the front desk told me my 6 year old has to stay in the lobby while my other kid got the procedure for fillings! When I asked why they said "office policy" I said "so office policy is to leave a minor in a lobby with no one to watch him in a room full of random people" the office manager said "yes" and she also said people usually have someone with them.. I am a single parent .. that is obviously not possible in the situation. Also this place has a very dirty bathroom and most of the video games for the kids are broken. And the office staff is crap. This is the first dental office where they will STRAP DOWN YOUR KIDS!! The use of straps is a very medieval way of doing things. Just because this place is in a bad neighborhood doesn't mean it can't service it's patients like this! My other kid was in sooo much pain because they gave her anesthesia and took so long to come back and it wore off ! And expected her to be okay with the pain! read more

Waiting for almost two hours to be seen. The experience being here has been terrible. The office schedule between 30 - 40 children between 9am and 9:30am. The waiting room was super loud and you feel like you are in a county office waiting to be seen. The girl at the front desk was not able to verify my private dental insurance because it was Saturday. Since I waited about 50 minutes, I agreed to pay cash for my visit. I waited almost two hours and I asked for my money back. The girl at the front desk was rude and spoke to me as if I had a disability for not understanding why they over booked. Never going back. read more

I tried calling this place to make my 3 boys an appointment and they seem to busy but one of the receptionist kept saying they would call me back. I have dual PPO insurance and I know my insurance is taken everywhere. They were going to verify it and call me back never heard back from them... I had to keep calling myself to get an answer and I still got the round around that the girl verifies it is out to lunch!!! Well does she take her lunch all day long that no one can have the courtesy to call me back?! So annoying. Try going to Blooming Smiles just look at there ratings. This place is a joke read more

Horrible office! I waited for an hour last Saturday for my 9 am appointment and the office never opened! I called several times and no one picked up my call. They could have atleast rescheduled I was one of the few parents waiting for the office to open. They open at 9 on Saturdays I'm assuming because of the long weekend they were closed but they should have called to reschedule. We have plans on the weekends as well!
