There was a baby gate up so he could not have went into the room by himself, he was left there by staff. They were not even aware that he was missing from the room until I arrived. On multiple occasions I came in to pick up my son and found different toddlers crying at the door. This seemed to be the regular routine of just letting kids cry at the door. The final straw was when my son's hand was shut in a door, requiring five stitches. Upon contacting the state of Michigan, the school administration attempted to blame my son (age 22 months) for the incident. They did not advise that medical attention was needed and falsely accused my husband of "ripping" off the bandage, causing the wound to bleed. When we asked about taking the child to the emergency room, we were advised to remove the bandage. The whole incident was poorly handled by the school staff and administration.

The staff made us feel right at home, and we weren't nervous leaving him here at all. This is only his second week, but so far, we love it. The woman who takes him in the morning is so good with him, and she is genuinely excited to see our baby in the morning. I always feel really good after leaving him there. Then in the afternoon, when I come to pick him up, the ladies give me good feedback, they keep good track of when he slept, ate and went to the bathroom. He's always clean and in the same outfit I packed, so I think they're way better at burping him then me! People already know me by name. The other parents seem very friendly and happy with the daycare as well. I'm looking forward to getting to know the parents and to watch our kid's relationships develop as they grow up together!

i won't bash the company, however they say on the building 24 hours and even if they weren't 24…read morehours it's a "daycare" that doesn't have room for children with parents or a parent that works the hours 2-10pm or 1-9pm? i had to go up there multiple times just to even speak to someone and then never heard back i just happen to call them again today 04/15/2026 to see if someone would finally answer and the owner bianca did finally answer however that is when i was informed that she wasn't accepting anymore kids and i quote she said even if she did can't or doesn't have anyone or the means to watch my kids for the hours i would be working which is 1-9 or 2-10pm even though the daycare 24 hours at least that is what is on the building and they say they are a daycare. again this isn't to bash or bad mouth anyone or their company but i do feel like when you open or claim to provide a service it should be exactly what you provide how are you claiming to be a 24 hour daycare center and the latest or last pick up is 8:00 no later than 8:30 daycare is very expensive and already most parents dont trust nor want to use daycare but in todays time people need daycare and these business to mean what they say my kids need to be provided for and unfortunately im all they have so i rely on daycare in order to work and provide for my kids and pay bills so it really hurt to know that this is what i have to deal just to try and go and work and provide for myself and kids but congrats to those who dont need daycare and already have daycare everyone isnt so lucky! They are attentive, caring and kind from the teachers to the office staff (Amy is a rockstar - also a precious teacher to my oldest) to the owners Alexis and Paul. My oldest and I moved to South Carolina for what we thought was forever, but ended up being just a few months, and returned to my daughter RUNNING into her teacher's arms and me getting a big hug from the owner Paul. We knew we were home at that moment. The educational program they follow meant both of my kids entered public schools WELL AHEAD of their classmates. And the teacher turnover is minimal as even after more than 7 years both of my kids had many of the same teachers (AND they remembered my oldest daughter and still recalled specific stories!) My youngest was born just before the pandemic began and entered JTots at about 2 years old. The change in her was DRASTIC after just a few weeks. She went from crying anytime she saw a stranger to open arm hugging everyone. We are going to go back for a visit this week to say hello to her teachers while we're on winter break because she misses them like crazy (especially Jinan!) We made the choice to take her Back to Montessori at Labelle where the teachers are keen on helping the kids have fun, improve their skills and be happy. Our daughter is demanding : she is active and sometimes stubborn and not easy to transition from one activity into another. Her teachers are professional and patient: they communicate very well with her and she listens to them. She loves most of her teachers (Mr. Charles, Miss Tessa, Mrs John, Miss Lindsay, etc) and we can see how they go out of their way to soothe kids and help them stay in tune with the rest of the group. The program offered provides a good structure for the kids: the reading circle, the STEM activities, the music class, the yoga class and the French class are some of the morning activities that our daughter enjoyed. Sometimes when we pick up our daughter in the afternoon during the playtime in the playground, we see that teachers supervise and guide the kids in a professional way. Antoinette, the director, chooses and trains the teachers in a way that keeps the ambiance very smooth and nice: we feel that as we see new teachers in our daughter s classroom and there is no change in the communication and the structure. We can only say good things about this daycare and we recommend it to all our friends who are relocating to Windsor. We cannot wait for our little daughter to join Montessori at Labelle as we are returning to Windsor in the few coming months.
