When I dropped off my car, I requested that the inspection stickers from my previous state where my car was registered be removed. I walked outside with the individual who said he would do it now so it wasn't forgotten --very impressed. I was getting a ride so left as he was working on it. When I picked up my car, the stickers were still there as you can see and obvious someone attempted to peel but didn't complete. They had already had my car for most of day and don't have chance to communicate this before needing to pick up my car and get to prior commitment on time. 2. Seats were well cleaned but noticed some water spotting the day after once fully dry. See pictures. I think they did a pretty good job for the price but still a bit of room for improvement.

When I called Todd he was on vacation, but offered me a fantastic deal if I could wait until he was back in town. The tint looks sharp and turned out great. I haven't found any bubbles and I've received many compliments! The tint helps my car stay cool so it doesn't use as much energy. While waiting to get my car tinted I was able to watch Netflix in their lounge area. The only two things I would improve on their end is cleaning the restroom and maybe offering some snacks to go with the refreshments. Otherwise the actual service received was great!

Called later and they said they don't open until 10, I asked to get refunded for the appointment since they didn't show up. Owner didn't seem to care that they wasted my time and said they don't do refunds and my only option was to waste more of my time and rebook. Guess he doesn't understand not everyone lives right nearby to make that happen easily, he wasted over 2 hours of my time by not showing up to the appointment. I booked with them based on all the good reviews but it seems all those reviews came with a different owner, I should have looked into that more because the new owner is not him and the company is no longer the same or worth using any longer.

I'm so happy I chose to drive out to Pro Tint to have my windows tinted. They did amazing work for…read moreroughly 1/2 the price that I was quoted by another shop closer to home. The woman who was in the front getting folks setup was incredibly knowledgeable and when I told her the year, make, and model of my car she knew off hand exactly what the factory tint would have been on my rear windows. She was also able to help me with remote start questions regarding the need for another key since it is a contactless ignition. Very very impressed and it was a great way to both begin and end the service appointment. My only criticism of Pro Tint was that they do not take appointments. I went pretty early on a Saturday but still had to wait awhile. On the whole, completely worth the wait!

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Pro Tints. I went there to have several…read moreservices done on my vehicle, including window tint, a radio installation, and a backup camera. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely unprofessional. During the installation, they drilled holes into my dash kit and did a very poor job with the radio installation. When I brought this to an employee's attention, she simply took a photo and said, "we don't do business this way," but made no effort to fix the issue or address my concerns. As a customer who had already paid a significant amount, I felt completely dismissed. At one point while I was trying to explain my concerns, I was also dismissed in the middle of our conversation. The employee pushed the conversation aside to speak with another customer and then began using her phone while I was still talking. This felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, especially considering I was there to resolve an issue with work they had done on my vehicle. By this point, I had already been charged around $900 for the work, including the tint and installation. When I later asked about adding wireless CarPlay, another employee responded in a very dismissive way and implied that my dad had not told him about it, placing the blame on him rather than trying to resolve the situation. I was then quoted an additional charge. They also charged $150 in labor to install a backup camera that I brought myself, and it didn't even work. When I asked them to remove it, they told me they wouldn't do so unless I purchased a camera from them. They also refused to address it that day because they had other customers, even though I had already been waiting weeks and had a scheduled appointment. I eventually went to Reds, where they installed a backup camera for much less and also fixed the wiring issues that Pro Tints had left behind. The wires had not even been properly routed in my car and had to be corrected. After spending that much money, I expected far better service and professionalism. Instead, I was left with damage to my dash kit, additional costs, and a lot of frustration. Pro Tints seriously needs to improve both their installation work and how they treat their customers.
