My husband can fix a lot of things himself, but we've had them do tune-ups, fix a windshield wiper motor, fix windows that wouldn't roll up or down, replace side mirrors, change alternators, and fixed our ABS. They're always fixed right the first time. Most importantly, I can also unequivocally say that they're honest, and we've been to a few who definitely were not.

I had spoken to the shop manager personally over the phone the day before I actually physically showed up to the shop and we agreed on a time period to bring my vehicle. When I arrived to the shop the manager requested me to leave my vehicle with him and his staff for 24 hours for a job(one brake line)that takes 2 hours max if done by a professional. The shop manager proceeded to raise his voice and repeated saying I need the vehicle all day if you want the work done. The shop manager's attitude and all around anger management issues towards me were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional on all levels of business. I'll be reporting this business to every legitimate agency in the state of Indiana. Thank You,Yelp

To be fair, the "appointment" was given by a third party, not the business itself. We got there at noon. I have no idea how Heidi got her job, or how she keeps it. (Is she the boss? Sleeping with the boss?) She was quite agitated that we had missed our 10am "appointment" and went from irritated to full bitch mode in about 3 minutes as we tried to explain the mixup. Tried to reschedule for the next week, but she nastily said no, we don't want your business. So we left. Never ever waste your time and money at this sorry excuse for a business. I am giving it one star only because I can't give them anything lower. They deserve a negative 5 stars.

I first called and they sad I could bring it over immediately which I did the next day since it was late afternoon. Jake was my service rep and jumped right on the car to have it inspected. He was knowledgeable and friendly. As a matter of fact all the reps were. No promises, but they hoped to have me out in an hour. That's unheard of. The dealership lobby is a lot of fun to browse. Antique cars are displayed. Also award winning trophies from over a decade of achievements by Toyota Corp. My car was ready to roll out with everything inspected and explained within 45 minutes. My experience has been a positive one. They stand behind their work. All that said I want to relate my observation an overheard conversation between a customer and a service tech. Last Monday a service tech was advising the customer that they will need new tires. She knew nothing about the nuances of the choices of ride vs wear & performance and the pricing of each. This tech explained the choices very clearly, covering most of the information I had previously learned from the Consumer Reports articles on buying tires. Information that will enhance her purchase decision and help her avoid buyer's remorse. I was pleased to see that interaction. That is the level of service I have come to expect at my Toyota Dealership.
