Having dabbled in interior design in the past the "feel" of a business can either draw me in or have me clamouring to get out - thankfully whoever designed Peak knew what they were doing. The front reception area is functional and calming, just the thing when you're in pain and injured. They have a large pilates area equipped with many physical tools used in recovery and strength building work. The small treatment rooms contain everything your practitioner needs to assist with comfortable and functional beds to lie on. The glass is also frosted for complete privacy. I have only ever worked with Physiotherapist Leah Moroz but I can vouch for her professionalism and knowledge when it comes to muscle trauma. She is now my go-to-lady when my recurring injury decides to flare up. I feel I'm getting extremely good value for money when I step inside Peak. Leah has completed dry-needling, muscle release work, stretches, pilates routines and strapping on me personally and she has always achieved excellent results for me. This ain't no chiropractor: mostly, she'll fix you up with just one appointment, but unless the problem is chronic (and consequently requires regular treatment), you'll probably never have to see her more than thrice for the one problem. Crazy good. She accepts a range of private health providers, so depending on your cover, you'll probably just have to cover a very reasonable gap. If you have a problem with your leg, back, arm... anything with a muscle, get thee to Judy!
