We had them scheduled to come several hours during the morning and evening and yet someone couldn't shower my Mom for several days? She had feces on her nightgown and herself when I had to rush over to help her because her worker called off once again. Bad weather, they don't show up! Unreliable!! And some workers are good and others no so much. I wouldn't recommend, other previous services did a much better job!

When a family member got acutely ill and was in need of homecare, I received a ton of recommendation. What struck me about this company was the owners sincere understanding of the stresses associated with obtaining homecare for a loved one and her flexibility and understanding. Prior to signing up with this company, Shaista made a ton of promises about flexibility and her pay-for-what-you-get system. I am happy to report that in my case, Apna Ghar lived up to every word it promised. Within the first week of service, we had to change caregivers and hours, and all was done seamlessly and without issue. Moreover, since that first week, we have had many more changes and Apna and its staff has been nimble and accommodating. The quality of caregivers can vary, but the quality of management and overall willingness to accommodate their clients is second to none. I would highly recommend this company to help anyone go through this crazy life changing event.
