This place sucks. They charge an arm and a leg, aren't very accommodating at all, service is…read moreterrible all over the resort. There's only one crappy buffet style restaurant that's included, all others are at an extra charge. Water is not included with the inclusive restaurant either!!! Kid activities are repetitive, my children didn't even want to do the camp. Laundry is 2 euro an underwear!!! A shirt is probably 5! For over 3 grand a room, this place should be shut down. I wish I was at a sandals resort!!!!! Seriously cannot wait for this vacation to end, and that's terrible considering I haven't been away in 3 years. A total waste of time and money.

However, quality is excellent. The hours of the buffet are also quite narrow, only from 7:30pm until 9:30pm which is not enough for the size of the resort. Overall, great hotel which needs to develop its restaurant.
