Very expensive resort per night so had high expectations. However, it did not live up to…read moreexpectations. We had a half board. We have stayed at 5 star all inclusive in the Mediterranean and prefer that. They price gouge on everything. 25 euro drinks on the beach. 10 euro for hot tea made from the bag. 40 euros for 2 ppl to bowl for one game 30 mins long. You must make reservations for everything including beach sunbeds. Sometimes they will be out of availability. I do not like how they segregate based on room class. We were not allowed to use beachside pool or certain restaurants. I would not return for this reason. I want to be treated like royalty on vacation when paying $900 per night. However, we felt like a second class resort member segregated to only one section of the resort. Buffet food was hit or miss. Some was good, some okay. Others not good. Food cold sometimes. They did change the buffet menu nightly. Bees and flies everywhere. Major ant colonies. One day at buffet a whole loaf covered in ants. They need to invest in pest control. Also an overwhelming amount of staff doesn't speak English or have any idea about anything. They are very young and inexperienced staff. For instance the guy at the salad bar, I asked where is the salad dressing and he looked around clueless. Every question we ask is I don't know. Only the people at front desk face any idea. Front desk don't follow up when we called to reserve zip line when they said they'd call us back. The room itself is not 5 star. It is more of a 3 star. Cheap bedding. Pillows very lumpy. Sheets scratchy. No natural stone like granite or marble in the bathrooms. They don't provide any free water tea or coffee in the room like most even budget hotels do. They have drinks and snacks but they cost and no prices listed. Beach is pretty but much narrower than expected and completely filled with sunbeds. Lifeguards not watching for safety and standing around or doing beach sunbed reservations. Daughter really enjoyed the slides at waterpark. I did like water Zumba at the beach. Spa thalassos pools were nice. However it is falling on state of disrepair as many jets not working. Spa floor wet and grimy. Them charging me 10 euros for tea and aggressive upselling of 80 euro just to put mud on body ruined it for me. Most nice spas include tea . People constantly harassing to buy floaties on the beach, or to buy a foot massage or buy photography. No one cares if we are enjoying ourselves. It's all about money. also as we check in they tell us in last day we will need to checkout early and move to another room so they can put someone else in our room. !!?? Overall would not recommend this place unless you are swimming in money and can afford the best room and can pay for all the extras and are alright with subpar experience for what you pay. Much better places for half the cost out there.

There's only one crappy buffet style restaurant that's included, all others are at an extra charge. Water is not included with the inclusive restaurant either!!! Kid activities are repetitive, my children didn't even want to do the camp. Laundry is 2 euro an underwear!!! A shirt is probably 5! For over 3 grand a room, this place should be shut down. I wish I was at a sandals resort!!!!! Seriously cannot wait for this vacation to end, and that's terrible considering I haven't been away in 3 years. A total waste of time and money.
